Non posso fare altro che valutare eccellente il trattamento del personale. Ho avuto problemi di salute e sono stati molto vicini e attenti. La posizione all'interno di Malina è buona e le strutture soddisfano le esigenze che a titolo personale richiedeva. Le sto togliendo un punto nella valutazione di pulizia per l'uso di moquette, non perché fosse sporco o molto meno, la pulizia merita un 5 anche ma so che è di vitale importanza per le persone con allergie e altri impedimenti con essa. Raccomando molto, soprattutto per il servizio e il personale, e ripeto.

La storia del castello di Solhof è tornata al 1414 e in un momento è circondata da mura e mura del castello, la montagna e le torre del castello sopravvivono oggi. Uno dei motivi principali che ho prenotato era il parcheggio gratuito di questo hotel e potevo vedere la mia auto in modo sicuro dalla mia stanza. Non ho avuto un piano per cena all'hotel, quindi non posso commentarlo.La mia stanza era molto calda e non riuscivo a vedere come controllare il riscaldamento, quindi ho aperto entrambe le finestre! Il letto era confortevole e la camera era pulita, ma odio una doccia in bagno con una giardina doccia ricco.

We visited our friends who lives in Mortsel and hotel’s location is perfect. Hotel looks very new and clean. Hotel room and restroom are spacious. Big parking. Breakfast was also good, we really liked bakery from the hotel, was really fresh. However, what bothered us was push email to do online checking. We received 6 reminders for the checking one day prior our stay. Even when we did checked in at reception, we still got the reminder. Maybe it is something hotel can look into the system.
