Hotel Bernini

This Restaurant has always been in our town, so despite it's average reputation we thought we should try ordering some Pizzas when we had family around. Once arrived, everyone seemed pretty disappointed- they looked pale, plain and unexciting. They did not make them according to their own menu: despite mentioned on the menu, the 'Mexicana' was missing anchovies and olives, and the 'Romana' came without capers and olives. The cheese they use on the Pizzas is super cheap quality and tastes pretty bad, and the tomato sauce isn't great neither- it tasted like tomato concentrate. They definitely don't put much love and ambition into their business. The quality of these Pizzas is way below the average quality of a Pizza you get in Luxembourg. I would not advise you to eat at Bernini's or order from them unless you want disappointment. Look a bit further- there are many better Pizzerias within proximity. The only reason this restaurant has survived for so long is due to their hotel, through which they must have managed to generate income. No hard feelings- just trying to describe what we encountered from an objective p.o.v.
