Taunton Ruishton (M5, J25)

A very warm and informative welcome from Nikki the receptionist. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. For a budget hotel we were very impressed by the accommodation and especially by the staff who were friendly and professional.

We arrived late in the evening after flying in from Cyprus. We were very warmly welcomed by Nicki on reception who couldn’t do enough to help us. Her excellent customer service was a credit to Premier Inn, so nice to get that warm welcome on a blustery cold evening. Our room was traditionally Premier Inn comfort with an amazing bed, great nights sleep. As breakfast, once again, a lovely warm and welcoming reception from Sonja who also was a credit to the hotel. Staff like these two ladies make all the difference making an average stay into a memorable stay. Thank you ladies xx

Don't always believe what you see in pictures, the images of the outside of this hotel although are correct it looks a lot newer in the images. The outside is tired and could do with a lick of paint. If your trying to find in the dark without sat nav Good Luck. That said i must say the staff on reception at the weekend are friendly and welcoming, our bedroom was huge I'm not sure if they are all the same size but the one we had 105 was amazing, clean and no noise at all. The breakfast on Saturday was quite not many in the restaurant but we had everything we wanted and hot, the gentleman cooking makes amazing scrabbled egg. Thank you for a great time, Just look at the outside.......
