WE HAVE ADDED A HOTEL TYPE AC & heat unit to the main living area! This will cool down the kitchen, living, dining area , hall bathroom and help with cooling the bedrooms! Nights in Ruidoso are cool but there are plenty of fans to add to your comfort. Three Roku - televisions. We do allow dogs, maximum of 2, by approval. Pet fee applies, per dog.
