UUtente ospiteHave been staying regularly here now. The main problem is the absence of English speaking staff. Can be my number one choice if they have someone who speaks and understands English. Otherwise no complaints at all. Rooms are big and breakfast spread is good.

UUtente ospiteHo sempre pensato che il Ruian International Hotel fosse molto buono. L'intero hotel ha un odore molto profumato. La signora alla reception è molto entusiasta e la colazione è ricca e fresca. Mi piace soprattutto la bella donna che lavora alla reception è accogliente e generoso. Il nuovo servizio in stile maggiordomo dell'hotel nella sala di selezione è particolarmente buono.

UUtente ospiteStaff was not that adjusting. They wanted a visa invitation letter which is the first time in 20 years a hotel has asked. Luckily I had somewhere In my email otherwise they would not allow checkin. In breakfast there was no staff at all to help. When I finally got someone from outside and asked for cold or room temperature milk, they outright denied. When pushed couple of times she went Inside and got a glass full for my cereal. Lazy staff.

La stanza è perfetta, le sale fitness e la piscina sono tutti. La prossima volta avremo la possibilità di scegliere qui.

PPARESHPVAKHARIAIl personale dell'hotel non conosceva l'inglese, quindi era molto difficile comunicare. Il colazione non era nemmeno così grande aveva molto meno di nessuna opzione per i vegetariano. La sala colazione era molto piccola. Il soggiorno complessivo era ok.
