Pleasant accommodating staff. Private parking. Hotel is situated a few hundred metres from the town centre. Comfortable rooms with all modern facilities. Good breakfast. Nice indoor pool with spa area including sauna, steam room and hot tub. No lift for upper floors, might be an issue for elderly or with mobility problems Bar was not open at the time so drinks are simply brought to the table. Dinner was a set menu of choice with main course served from chaffing dishes and starters a self service buffet. It was good value and adequate. repeat staff friendly and helpful

Hotel viele Treppen und keinen Lift. Personal mußte dann ran und die Koffer ins Zimmer bringen. Beim Frühstück war alles vorhanden, nuuuur das Abendessen, war zwar Buffet, für mich war das wie Kantinenessen. Drei Gerichte, Fleisch, Fisch, Vegetarisch.Es gab mal Currywurst mit öligen Pommes, Steak wie eine Schuhsohle, Rahmgulasch, am Abend das Mischgemüse sah jeden Tag gleich aus. Salat-Buffet hat nichts gefehlt. Es wurde auch in zwei Sitzungen gegessen, die andere Reisegruppe zuerst, danach kamen wir. Personal war freundlich. Mein EZ war groß, mein Bett auch, Bad und WC getrennt. Bad war winzig. Balkon war auch groß für ein EZ. Preisleistungsverhältnis hat überhaupt nicht gestimmt. Wie die zu ihren 4**** kamen?

Schönes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern und Randlage in Ruhpolding. Wir hatten Halbpension und das bedeutet hier Buffet; das Abendessen war jeweils sehr gut und reichlich. Der Service war nett und teilweise kompetent. Das Frühstück wäre auch nicht schlecht gewesen - allerdings darf man nicht "erst" um halb 9 Uhr auftauchen, denn dann kann es passieren (wie bei uns), dass nicht mehr alles im Angebot ist und es z.B. keine (gar keine!!) Marmelade mehr gibt (Antwort auf Nachfrage: "erst wieder morgen").
