Premier Inn Haverfordwest (North/A40)

My first stay in a premier inn and I have to say, it was great. The receptionist Ray was really friendly and the cleaners I saw were great. Everything was to a high standard and the breakfast was amazing. I would definitely recommend. The price was really good as well.

Poor standard of cleanliness in the bathroom. Poor cleanliness in the corridors also . Hotel was observed to be Very dated - and in need of an upgrade. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Restaurant facilities were small and during busy times was overcrowded.

Overall the hotel room and location was good. We enjoyed our stay. The restaurant, The Lost Coins was amazing and the food and service there was impeccable. However the staff members were unprofessional and rude on occasions at premier inn and made our stay uncomfortable and awkward

I booked this room for me and my 4 year old and 15 year old to stay in to visit the area, mainly Folly Farm. Perfect spot for Folly Farm, around 20 minutes away and a straight easy drive. Also perfect fornSt Davids and the Abereiddy Blue Lagoon. However, I have stayed in Premier Inns all over the country and love them this one was not up to the standard. Our room had black mould in the corner, reception was quick and prompt and moved us. However we had to move to a 2 bed rather than a 3 bed and children were not too happy as I booked for them to have their own bed. The rooms also had a musky scent to them, the bathroom in the new room also had black mould and didn't seem like it had been cleaned in a while (tiles). I wouldn't stay here again and I'm disappointed as Premier Inn is always a good stay, have never en countered a problem with them in all the years I have stayed. Breakfast was a hit, as always. Parking is brilliant, plenty of spaces.

This premier inn doesn't have a bar or evening restaurant, but a lovely cooked breakfast awaits you in the morning.. The hotel was spotless, very welcoming staff on reception and friendly to chat to.. I would highly recommend this hotel for a look around Haverfordwest and the surrounding coastal areas

Not the usual standard of other Premier Inns we’ve previously stayed in. This one is tired, shabby and rooms are clean but basic. Hardly any storage, no glasses or beakers, one hand towel between 2 of us. Staff were on the whole friendly, breakfast was lovely. We stayed 2 nights, and as usual with a Premier Inn it was only a base for us, so nothing caused us a problem.
