Excellent location, spotlessly clean, fantastic staff, offered the choice of rooms on arrival, really nice onsite restaurant, safe parking. Beach and more restaurants 2 mins walk away.

Great location near beach and close to nearby town/beach resort. Lovely room, comfortable bed, very good restaurant. Secure gated parking. The staff were very nice and happy to give any advice that we wanted.

Great hotel, lovely location and friendly staff but sadly the food both at dinner and breakfast was poor it felt like they were trying to save money on quality of ingredients even the draft Leffe was flat.

Spotlessly clean, small room with a big balcony. A few yards from the beach. Friendly, helpful staff. Superb restaurant. Breakfast €13, very nice (or you could nip to the ship opposite) No aircon which might be an issue in really hot weather, though note a fan was provided plus windows opened fully onto balcony. Gated parking provided.

If you are seeking rest and quiet, this is ideal. The hotel is approx. 4 km out of Soulac and very close to the beach. However, there is little infrastructure in the area ( 2 restaurants and some camp sites). The hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Had booked 2 nights stay off season. Had not expected anything overfancy and know that a seaside town off season can be very quiet. The service is very friendly and welcoming, the room we had was nice, and everything was found to be in working order. It is very close to the beach and you can hear the ocean at night which is wonderful. Drawback was that when we prepared for bed a pair of old underpants were found tucked in between the two mattresses - which was an odd discovery...... We had dinner at the restaurant the first evening and again the service was nice and warm - Food was not the best and in our opinion overpriced for what it was. This could be that we are at the very end of opening before annual closing but the steaks we had were nearly impossible to cut / chew. Breakfast the following morning was also interesting - again service was very friendly and warm - but that was pretty much it to be honest - items like coldcuts had been there a few days, bread was so dry that it was more like a cracker and half of the equipment was for food which was not on the table (like warm dish heater, rack for boiled eggs etc) Biggest surprise was Wednesday evening when we found out that the restaurant was closed - since there really are no other restaurants in the town which are open we thought they could have let us know that the restaurant would not be open that evening, so we ended up with nothing to eat. So all in all there is a lot of potential in the place and again it could be due to it was close to annual shut down but then pricing should be a lot less and personally I reckon they would be better off to either have the restaurant closed or to cut the menu down to only a few dishes and then make these very good. SO again - A lot of potential - just need to be taken to the level.

A lovely friendly, family run hotel.

Avons été chaleureusement accueillis dans cet établissement qui assure confort et calme à ses hôtes . Les chambres joliment décorées sont agréables et avons particulièrement apprécié le balcon. Le restaurant mérite aussi le détour pour déguster des mets Thaï ou français . Avons hâte d’y retourner pour découvrir la piscine qui se construit .

Cela fait plus de 10 ans que nous fréquentons le secteur de Soulac et de l'Amélie, et toujours, en nous rendant à la plage, nous espérions pouvoir séjourner au moins une fois à l'hôtel des pins, car il fait partie du paysage. Cette année, les planètes étaient bien alignées et nous avons donc pu réserver un séjour (deux nuits) et profiter aussi bien des chambres, que du dîner et aussi du petit déjeuner. Tout d'abord, nous avons été particulièrement bien accueillis, d'une façon professionnelle, attentive et surtout... carrée (nous avions demandé une table en particulier, elle nous a été gardée pendant tout le séjour. La disponibilité, la sympathie et les attentions de l'équipe sont à la hauteur, et bien plus encore. Parlons de notre expérience de l'hôtel, notre chambre était propre, bien équipée et le store roulant pour avoir le noir complet est un véritable atout. La literie et confortable, et comme l'hôtel n'est pas très grand, il n'y a pas trop d'agitation : le calme ! Généralement, lorsque l'on laisse un avis, c'est que c'est mérité. Et bien là, nous envoyons TOUS nos encouragements, toutes nos félicitations et nos remerciements à l'équipe pour l'excellence de ce séjour, pour la qualité des petits-déjeuners, pour l'excellent dîner ainsi que pour l'ambiance, l'accueil, la courtoisie qui ont ponctué notre séjour. Nous vous recommandons l'établissement sans aucun détour.
