Hotel in zona O2 Arena, Greenwich

This hotel was much nicer than expected. It is easy to get to and is less than 10 minutes walk from North Grenwich underground station. The hotel staff are very welcoming. Check in was quick although at first they told me the room wasn't paid. After checking again they confirmed that it was. The hotel has a mix of bars and restaurants. I used th Market Brasserie and had the set menu for dinner which was amazing. This is also where they offer an extensive breakfast. The room was very comfortable and modern with nice lighting controls such as night lights, lamp mode etc. The room has nice a nice choice of hot drinks and bottled water. The bathroom had a shower and a bath with complimentary bath robes. The shower was amazing! The beds are comfortable although the pillows were slightly too soft for me. There is a samsung tv in the room which has some apps. You can also cast to the tv from your mobile. The room has modern and easy to use air con/heating controls. The bonus for me is that the air-conditioning actually works as we stayed in the summer. The bonus for us was that you can walk directly from the hotel to the O2 using a corridor. This was great for getting to the arena before and after a show. A must stay for anyone in the area.

Staff were really friendly and the rooms were clean enough. We stayed here due to proximity to the O2 as we had tickets to an event but I don’t think the hotel is really catered towards families. Smells of ********* and the sounds of couples “enjoying their night” filled our room in the early hours. I’m glad my son was asleep!

Ci piaceva la stanza, molto grande per due persone, e quando siamo arrivati tutto era pronto. Anche loro hanno messo il riscaldamento nella nostra stanza prima di arrivare. Abbiamo fatto una bella doccia e abbiamo fatto un bel riposo. Tutti i dipendenti erano così amici e di aiuto. La posizione era anche grande, vicino al Museo Maritime, mercato di Natale e Prime Meridian. L'unico commento negativo potrebbe essere il colazione. Possono aumentare la selezione, ma potrebbe essere normale per la cucina britannica. Non sono mai rimasto a letto e colazione in Gran Bretagna prima, quindi potrebbe essere normale. In generale, ci piaceva stare lì

La posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda e ci sono molti negozi e ristoranti nei dintorni. È anche vicino ai trasporti. Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile.

La stanza è piccola ma pulita Anche i trasporti sono molto comodi. C'è una fermata dell'autobus e ci sono anche diverse stazioni della metropolitana e delle ferrovie nelle vicinanze. Nelle vicinanze c'è un minimarket e ci vogliono dai 5 ai 10 minuti a piedi per raggiungere Greenwich (Il mercato di Greenwich è altamente consigliato!) Il personale della reception è stato molto gentile!

Bellissimo hotel, arredamento accogliente dall'ingresso alle camere. Bar molto piacevole. Open space affacciato sulla reception al primo piano per un caffè o un drink con maggiore privacy. Accesso diretto dalla stazione ferroviaria adiacente all'hotel, linea ferroviaria per l'aeroporto di Luton. Ogni giorno optiamo per la stazione degli autobus di Bedport a 10 minuti per prendere il 453 che serve London Bridge, Westinster, Picadilly.

Ottima posizione: molte attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi e le stazioni DLR, la stazione ferroviaria e le fermate degli autobus si trovano nelle vicinanze. La stanza era grande, pulita e ordinata, possiamo cucinare colazione e cena semplici con le utenze della cucina fornite. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile, ci ha aiutato a tenere alcuni dei nostri bagagli durante il periodo in cui abbiamo fatto un viaggio in crociera.

Un hotel ben situato a 5 minuti da una stazione DLR una gamma di posti di lavoro locali, anche se il ristorante dell'hotel si è rivelato una buona opzione. personale utile e una camera di dimensioni decente, ma una TV più grande e una doccia più moderna avrebbero aggiunto valore al mio soggiorno di 3 notti

Nice hotel tucked away a stone's throw from Deptford Bridge DLR station. Nothing really in the area other than a Co-op shop and takeout coffee shop so you'll likely be using the DLR to go to Cutty Sark for drinks and food etc. Didn't mention I had to pay a £50 deposit for any add-ons. Still waiting for this to be returned after checkout. Friendly staff and free warm cookie on check-in. Room was decent but as a solo room rather cramped and a strange design with the bed in the middle of the room with a cupboard behind with a bathroom behind. Light switch and plugs on the side of this cupboard. Also a bit of noise from above. Very good free WiFi and nice TV in room. Tea and coffee provided on an awkward kettle tray thing you need to somehow carry from behind the bed to the desk. Safe provided also. Desk also not ideal as you can't put your feet underneath properly as there's a shelf below. Aircon/heating decent but heater causes condensation on mirrors in wall. Rooms tidied and bed made every day which is nice. Didn't try the bar as no price list in the room and looked very posh/expensive. Overall a decent stay. I think someone needs to test run a stay in the room I stayed in though (room 1) just to see how unintuitive/awkward the room is. Would maybe stay again if cheap but would look for better location next time.

Per la pulizia della camera bisogna avvisare ogni mattina se ci si ferma più di un giorno; la camera è grande con vista sul Tamigi, ma la tappezzeria della sedia è usurata e sgradevolmente macchiata; il personale è molto disponibile e gentile; la colazione buona e varia. A cena il cibo è decisamente buono ma i tempi di attesa molto lunghi.
