Quindi sono arrivato nella mia camera d'albergo e la pulizia era buona. Soddisfatto della mia camera e del bagno. Era un libro dell'ultimo minuto ma non c'erano finestre, il che può essere un po' scoraggiante La zona è fantastica in quanto ci sono molti negozi nelle vicinanze per uscire e mangiare

Si ottiene quello che si paga. Decente per questo prezzo. La cosa più importante: pulito e ben curato.

Il personale ha mostrato un atteggiamento davvero negativo, che ha dato un tono negativo fin dall'inizio. Inoltre, c'era un odore terribile nella stanza che ha reso il mio soggiorno scomodo. A peggiorare le cose, l'hotel ha tariffe scandalose che sembrano una truffa. Hanno addebitato 15 sterline per il check-in anticipato e altre 15 sterline per il deposito bagagli. Questi sono servizi che la maggior parte degli hotel normali offre gratuitamente o a un costo nominale. Questa esperienza mi ha fatto sentire davvero spiacevole e sconvolto. Non consiglierei questo hotel a nessuno. Sicuramente non vale un centesimo. Questi servizi sono gratuiti o prevedono il pagamento di una tariffa simbolica nella maggior parte degli hotel ordinari. Questa esperienza mi ha lasciato molto infelice e deluso. Non consiglio a nessuno di soggiornare in questo hotel. Sicuramente non vale un centesimo.

L'ambiente dell'hotel è confortevole e pulito e il servizio alla reception è veloce e cortese. Ma la stanza è piccola, adatta per viaggiare da soli.

L'hotel era pulito ed elegante. La camera era piccola come previsto ma elegante con un arredamento moderno. L'area comune è bella e grande. Nessun bicchiere, acqua potabile o bollitore in camera.

A causa della presenza di più pagine Web di ricerca aperte contemporaneamente, ho accidentalmente effettuato la prenotazione per la data sbagliata, che non è stata visualizzata fino a quando il pagamento non è stato completato. Ho contattato immediatamente il servizio clienti e ho spiegato il mio errore e che volevo prenotare una camera più costosa per il giorno successivo. Il servizio clienti ha contattato l'hotel, che ha rifiutato di aiutarmi a modificare la prenotazione, ho perso i miei soldi, quindi alla fine non sono rimasto lì e non prenderò in considerazione la possibilità di tornarci in futuro. Il servizio clienti era molto scarso considerando quello con cui volevo scambiare sarebbe stato più redditizio per l'hotel e quella notte non erano al completo.

The new hotel is located between 2 stations Deptford and Cutty Sark either of those has to walk 10 min. I got off Deptford, and it looked a bit rough, they have self-checking and the staff was nice and the room was decent.

The facility is very clean but for around $150 a night the room is not up to standard. Although clean, the room that you receive is tiny with no extra amenities. The shower is very small and water often leaks onto the ground. The bed is comfortable, but there are no windows in the room, which is advertised to keep your zen. But for the price, I wouldn’t say this hotel is worth it. 

I think this hotel will be like Marmite for some, you'll either love it or you'll hate it. You'll get a clean quiet room with no windows and excellent aircon and a bathroom with an average shower (could be more powerful). The WiFi is excellent, one of the best I've used in a hotel. Although it ought to be as there's no TV. And no refreshments. And no desk. And no wardrobe. Basically bring an electronic device of sorts or lots of books, and some refreshments. Very friendly staff too and a decent location very close to the Cutty Sark and Deptford train station. Room cleaned daily, bins emptied and fresh towels but bed not made.

I arrived at Zedwell for 2 nights for job interview in the City. PLEASE do not believe their marketing statement that the rooms are designed for ‘Zen’. The hotel is basically built like a barebones student accommodation, I’m not kidding. I thought I wouldn’t get claustrophobic because I’m not. But please read the reviews, the room literally made me have a mental breakdown for real - I had to step outside every 2 hours - to get my ‘zen’ back. The bed is like a student accommodation mattress, the pillows are terrible so is the duvet - the towels are so bad. Look, if they were marketing this as something new and great - no windows just total zen… Surely the pillows, mattress and everything else would be of higher quality right? Guess not. There is one guy from the service desk he’s great and friendly, but around 2 other service desk employees just mess around and talk to each other which makes the whole ordeal of asking for service and stuff very uncomfortable. The Hotel states that if you need anything just WhatsApp them… By the way, they take 2 days to reply back to WhatsApp messages. Look, I’m not mad, I’m not exaggerating, but this is how it is. The whole hotel thing wasn’t terrrrrible, but it was bad. Would I stay again? Definitely not. Do I regret it? not necessarily. Happy to help, thanks for taking the time to read the review.

This hotel really surprised us. The room comprises of a bed and a bathroom, so if you're bothered about a TV and kettle then this isn't for you. It's around a 10 minute walk to Cutty Sark DLR station which you can catch the train to Canary Wharf or Bank which connects to most underground lines to the centre of London. We did this everyday and with the tube fairs having price caps recently it cost us less than £10 a day (this may vary throughout the year). It's surrounded by many things to do, there's a small market which has good food and little stalls of handmade gifts and it's a 45 - 50 minute walk to the O2 along a lovely riverside path. The staff are lovely, most were up for a nice chat and even recommended things to do in the area when we ran out of ideas. The hotel itself is very clean, with a modern Japanese resort feel to it. Would highly reccomend and will definitely be rebooking for our next trip.

The room is new designed and clean but there is no tv, table and hangers.. It would be better to have these basic things

Amazing stay, booked twice. Slept well every night. No windows was never an issue.
