The hotel owner was very enthusiastic and recommended some fun places nearby. Unfortunately, I had a fever the next day due to drinking 🥃and couldn't go. The owner kindly gave me a thermometer and fever reducing medicine, and when no guests made reservations the next day, he helped me extend the hotel time for free to rest. They are great and very friendly. I will book this hotel again if I have the chance next time

La disponibilità e la professionalità, nonchè l'onestà dei gestori contraddistinguono la struttura. I gestori hanno saputo far fronte ai nostri imprevisti e hanno accolto ogni nostra richiesta gestendo la pratica in maniera esemplare. Ancora un sentito grazie e a presto.

A very attractive villa with pleasant grounds, friendly owners/hosts, and clean, comfortable rooms. Being able to use the bikes available was a plus which allowed us to visit the nearby park as well as ride to the old city. There were plenty of options for breakfast which we opted to have on site. We did not use the pool but it seemed inviting. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Marea.

We loved our stay at Villa Marea. The room was cute and comfortable. The breakfast was a small buffet, but very well done. We appreciated the parking. The walk to town was about 25 minutes. The pool was such a delight after a day of site seeing in the heat. The staff was very kind. They even surprised me by setting up a very special table for me at breakfast to celebrate my birthday. Thank you’s especially to Mel and Gabby.

This family run business on the outskirts of Rovinj was a delight. The owners and the lovely Gabi and Melita made us feel so welcome and were very kind and helpful. The entire villa inside and out was key exceptionally clean. Lovely little pool was perfect for cooling down after a day out. The studio was perfect and had everything we needed. It is quite a long walk in and out of town but we used the bikes or walked down and jumped in a taxi or Uber back. The local beach is fabulous, has some lovely little bars and lovely outlook. We cycled along to villa Rubin’s to watch footy on the beach and they served great cocktails. The cycle rise through the forest to the Monte was lovely, mainly shaded. Definitely keep your the beaches nearer to the accommodation as the sun beds are better value. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it and would highly recommend Villa Marea, we will be back ! Thank you so much for a lovely stay. A & R xx

Friendly welcome from Gaby started our lovely stay in this villa. It was spotlessly clean. We had a room on the front with a balcony & it was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. The location was excellent for us with a very short walk to the forest park & beaches. The walk to the old town was about 20/25 mins which was perfect pre & post dinner.

Villa Marea was the perfect stay for our family trip to Rovinj. We had an excellent apartment with 2 bathrooms, small kitchenette and a main bedroom. The lounge area had a sofa bed that was perfect for our children. Balcony was a little small for the 4 of us, but was OK. Gabbie was lovely and helped with all our needs at the villa. Can't thank her enough for making us feel very welcome and helping with a reservation for a very popular restaurant in Rovinj. The pool is a decent size and enough for a dip to get out of the sun and cool down. Our children loved it and played for hours in the water. There is a great beach less than 10 minutes walk, Cuvi beach. Would recommend this. Stones not to sharp to walk into the sea if you don't have beach shoes and it has a lovely beach cafe. Tip, try the freshly baked Vanilla or Chocolate Krapfen from the man that sells them on the beach. Perfect trip to Rovinj and plan to return to Villa Merea next summer for our Croatian vacation.

We had a one bedroom apartment, which was very convenient and spacious. I think the sofa was a sofa bed, and could have been a bit more comfortable, however there is so much to see in the region that we did not spend so much time in the apartment. Staff is friendly and the location is good. Only 5min from the beach and 10min by bike from the city center. Very convenient that they provide bikes for free. Breakfast was just ok, nothing special, but also only 15euros pp.

A superb stay here as a family of 4. We had plenty of space in our apartment which was clean and well looked after during our stay. The hotel is peaceful and relaxing. The pool is perfect after a hot day out and about and the kids loved it. The staff are friendly and really helpful, booking taxis and offering advice. A small stroll to the beach which was beautiful. Bikes available to borrow. We would definitely come back to this lovely place.
