Magique, personnels souriants et aux petits soins pour le client.
Très belle chambre, propre Très bien équipée. Flûte de champagne à l' arrivée, petits bonbons pffert en chambre et encore une délicate attention au départ.Le spa est très bien, propre, piscine, sauna, hammam et possibilité de faire des soins.Le restaurant, que dire, exceptionnel, raffiné, surprenant, un vrai délice. Séjour magique.

Cibo pesantissimo e senza lode: neanche un piatto vegetariano o un semplice piatto di carne di manzo; struttura datata moquette sporca e bruciature di sigaretta visibili soprattutto in camera. Ospiti che venivano a cena in t-shirt e pantaloncini. Pochissima elasticità !

Abbiamo dormito una notte con colazione Camera degna di un chateaux relax. Tutto fantastico anche la spa. Camera molto accogliente e comoda Colazione costosa ma vale il pranzo, con offerta di salato ricercato e pasticceria fresca. Per chi ama il cioccolato è da veri ghiottoni

Struttura datata; giardino in abbandono; moquette (in particolare nelle camere) sporca e con visibili segni di bruciature di sigaretta; menù pesantissimo e con pochissima scelta: assolutamente sconsigliato per chi segue una dieta salutare: neppure un piatto vegetariano o un semplice piatto di carne di manzo senza salse (su ogni pietanza veniva versata una salsa si frutti di bosco inconcepibile); chiesto un’insalata preantipasto ci hanno portato una sorta di trito di zucchine, sempre con l’immancabile salsina di frutti di bosco; se volevi uno snack pomeridiano dovevi scegliere tra i pochi offerti che però erano tutti pesantissimi (formaggi e salumi o toast frutti). Optiamo per un piatto di frutta e ci portano (dopo una ventina di minuti) un piatto con un’albicocca e una mela tagliate con un po’ di fragole. Stop neanche un biscottino; niente piccola pasticceria a fine pasto con il caffè e neanche piccoli biscottini; vetrate dell’entrata sporche di fango chiaramente non lavate da tempo; insomma elasticità zero ma soprattutto non in linea con la qualità di una dimora Relais & Château. Se lo stesso posto fosse ubicato fuori dalla Francia certamente gli avrebbero già tolto la membership Relais & Château

This was our 3rd visit and it was extremely disappointing. Service in the bar and restaurant was woeful which is a major issue for a hotel trading on its restaurant quality. It took 20 minutes to obtain a drinks menu and 35-40 minutes to be served a drink (1 bottle of champagne). Restaurant orders were taken in the bar and 1 hour later only when we asked what was happening did we get seated and served in the restaurant. Our table for dinner was not set and did not even have a table cloth. Restaurant staff were quite dismissive of our complaints. Having sent an email to the hotel manager I received an apology and a discount off food and drinks. While recognising that the hotel has reopened after refurbishment and that staffing has not returned to normal, I prefer and expect reasonable service and not price reductions. The refurbishment has not really addressed previous issues with accommodation and even in the suite, the bathroom is very small with no surface area for toiletries etc. Rooms are not as luxurious as you might expect from a hotel of this standing but this was previously made up for by the restaurant and bar service. I will be exploring other options before next visit to this area.

Very good location, fresh air, good breakfast, on-site parking. The staff was nice. The room we stayed in was simple but had all the necessities and was perfect for short stay.

Great location, excellent food and wine/champagne in both restaurants. Wonderful friendly Service. A very good location to come back to from a trip through the Champagne region, to relax unwind, and enjoy a glas of Champagne.

We stayed here many years ago and decided to revisit after a very recent refurbishment. The work is not yet finished but the areas under development are well screened from the guest area. However, while the decor is contemporary the service is still stuck in the 1980s. The restaurant lacks any a**osphere and the service is stuffy. The food is okay, but not spectacular. The use of silver domes to reveal the main course is something not seen for decades. The bedroom was okay, but in common with many French hotels it was a triumph of design over practicality. It was impossible to prevent the shower from wetting the wooden door, and soaking the carpet in the hallway outside the bathroom. Storage was minimal. A dressing table with no mirror. The wine list in the restaurant is extensive, featuring many champagne labels as you would expect. However these days many folks prefer to drink less, but of higher quality. So we were very disappointed to see only about half a dozen half bottles listed, and only ONE from Burgundy (Chablis), not a single red half bottle from the region. Amazing. When questioned about this the Sommelier simple gave the classic Gallic shrug. Which just about sums everything up. Overall very disappointing and we won’t return.
