Booked the hotel via *********** at a reasonable price for the world cup rugby game. Email from the hotel a week or so later to say there was an error with my booking and we'd been bumped to a sister (cheaper) hotel miles from Lille centre and the rugby stadium. 1) if there was a problem with the booking how did they have my details and booking info. 2) we were cancelled because we'd presumably booked at a non- premium rugby rate. 3) they'd booked us into the cheaper 'sister' chain.. who actually had no record of our booking .. so then had to re-book at whatever the premium rate was. Awful service and attitude for a 'mistake' their end.

Le notti sono più calme e sorvegliate. E il nuovo responsabile Gabriel è a ascoltare i vostri desideri minori!! We stayed here over the Paris Roubaix weekend, had an excellent stay. Great breakfast, parking close by, Easily Cycleable to the Roubaix velodrome in the morning. The manager was extremely helpful, and good English which was useful as my French is terrible. The room was comfortable, could probably do with a couple more pillows, and it was a touch warm, no matter what we pressed to cool it down, but the window was easily opened to let a breeze in.
