Hotel in zona Van Maanenbad, Rotterdam

Molto centrale. Proprio in centro vicino al municipio, ma la stanza era ben isolata / nessun rumore dall'esterno. Anche la ”camera base” è molto ordinata, modernamente attrezzata, buoni letti, diversi cuscini. Colazione adeguata ma molto standard. Il caffè è delizioso.

Great stay - my first time staying in a hostel and I really enjoyed the experience. Everything is very modern and convenient. The location is great and walking distance from lots of tourist attractions and yummy food spots. The hostel is situated in a very vibrant community area, so it can get quite noisy but once you’re inside your hub you don’t hear anything! The hubs themselves are cute and the bed is super spacious - you get the option of a bottom or top hub, I recommend a top hub if you want to feel slightly more comfortable. The hubs have Bluetooth speakers, an app to control lighting and to speak to the host for any issues. My hub was clean but not as clean as I thought it would be, there were some marks on the side, random hairs and the air-con vent was very very dusty. Apart from that, everything else was perfect. You have a wristband that allows you to charge things to your hub, lock up your belongings and open your hub door which I thought was very handy! I really enjoyed my stay and it was a great first hostel experience, would definitely stay with CityHub again as it was a bargain!

Just opened hotel in the center of Rotterdam has bright spacious rooms . Room has flat screen TV, free of charge WiFi in the entire building. Walk in shower has screen protector. Hairdryer and toiletries are free of charge. Hotel is located in museums area, maritime museum is in approximately 350 meters away. Unfortunately during COVID-19 time it was closed.

Albergo perfetto. Stavo già lì e ho deciso di restare un'altra notte. Non avevo mai utilizzato Trip.com per effettuare prenotazioni alberghiere. È stata la mia prima e ultima esperienza. Ho effettuato la prenotazione e la tariffa giornaliera è stata addebitata direttamente sulla mia carta di credito (nonostante avessi scelto l'opzione di pagamento in struttura). Al momento del check-in per quella notte in hotel, sono stato informato che avrei dovuto effettuare il pagamento. Ho sostenuto che era già stato addebitato da Trip.com ma non hanno confermato il pagamento. In breve, ho dovuto pagare di nuovo l'hosting. Poi ho dato un'occhiata a reclameaqui.com e ho visto che ci sono un'infinità di lamentele riguardo allo stesso modus operandi. Ho inviato un messaggio a Trip.com ma non hanno risposto. Brutta esperienza con Trip.com. Non utilizzerò mai più questo servizio.

Ottimo Hotel, come sempre. Però debbo dire che ieri sera non ho potuto cenare al ristorante in quanto avevano il sistema ”out of order”. La parte elettronica. Pazienza. Poi tutta la serata fino a stamattina internet fuori uso. Avevo necessità di prolungare di una notte ma mi hanno detto che non si poteva sebbene nei vari siti davano la disponibilità. Stavolta qualche pecca di troppo per un 5*.

The room was very nice, vibrant colors, bed was awesome, all very clean. But the big mistake they made with the renovation were the doors. They slam with a very big bang, so when anyone else on the floor enters the room, it all shakes. And then they are not isolated, you can understand discussions happening outside the room. And then, for the breakfast, dinner, lunch: only christmas music. But of the worst kind. There is no place in the region to escape this in the morning, so you have to deal with the christmas music. And for 17 euro's, it's not even worth actually what you get after your ears are in pain with ”jolly happy christmas” three times during breakfast.

Abbiamo trascorso tre notti in questo hotel. Molto spaziosa camera (siamo una famiglia di due adulti e due bambini), pulita e confortevole. Colazione variabile e abbondante. Molto conveniente il parcheggio ampio disponibile. Grande posizione, a 5 minuti di auto dal centro della città e a meno di 30 minuti di auto per visitare il Giardino di Keukenhof a Lisse. Ho dimenticato il mio i-pad nella mia stanza il giorno della partenza e hanno fatto ogni sforzo per trovarlo e per postarlo a me.

5 star rating in my opinion definitely a place to stay in delft. The city is beautiful to visit. And food is excellent. I will be returning to stay when I visit my family. The hotel feels luxurious and the best I had on this trip. My only fault was not to stay longer in vander valk hotel delft A4
