Camera piccola ma essenziale, pulita e silenziosa. Ottima per una notte di passaggio. Colazione ottima, personale cordiale. Parcheggio a disposizione (erano rimasti solo 2 posti liberi, sarebbe stat un grosso problema non trovare il posto, fuori è impossibile trovare un parcheggio.)

Don’t usually say this but I was truly blown away with the decor and design of this hotel! We had ‘loft’ room in the older part of the building with high ceilings which was beautifully decorated throughout, with three huge windows which we were able to open - something I really appreciate in hotels. Large desk and seating area was great for working and for the night we chose to order in, staff even gave us plates and silverware for our order which was a nice touch. Also really appreciated the separate shower and toilet rooms as well as the underfloor heating, and the bed was incredibly comfortable! Didn’t use the restaurant but the bar area was beautifully decorated and had a good atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and also allowed us to leave luggage upon check out. Super handy for the tram too and a lidl underneath, would definitely stay again.

È giunto il momento che qualcuno (aka me) abbia scritto un recente recensione sul mio soggiorno. Questo è un grande soggiorno. Questo è un piccolo hotel, tutto il personale super amichevole soprattutto entrambi i signori alla reception. Ho visto recensioni altrove lamentando il colazione. Solo un richiamo: questo è un hotel 3* e il colazione è più che sufficiente per prepararvi per il giorno e ha tutti gli elementi essenziali. La stanza era spaziosa, molto pulita e modestamente moderna, soprattutto la camera da bagno che aveva molto spazio per tenere le proprie proprietà. Il piccolo dettaglio di attenzione è stato bello - asciugamani con il nome dell'hotel, tazze di caffè con ispiranti/divertenti messaggi, 2 punti di accesso vicino al letto, orologio nella sala colazione in linea con il collegamento dell'hotel con l'industria porto/navigazione. Nota: le camere hanno un fan (ma sono in fase di installazione di aria condizionata per tutte le camere). Solo suggerisco che la porta del bagno nella camera 103 fosse un po' sveglio (solo bisogno WD40), le mutandine potrebbero essere un po' meno lumpy (ma erano più che felici di fornire più mutandine e ancora dormivano molto bene) e le bevande dal frigorifero sono sul lato costoso, ma tutti i punti minori. La posizione è grande. 10 minuti a piedi da Euromast e pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Coolhaven, qs un po' lontano dalla stazione centrale per andare e anche Blaak (dove sono il mercato e le case cubo). In tutto, mi fermerò di nuovo. Era una piacevole, rilassante e tranquilla esperienza. Si sentiva ancora tranquilla. L'hotel sembrava un po' tranquillo, nonostante il fine settimana, spero che si riprendera' in estate. Grazie per il piacevole soggiorno!

Posizione molto comoda, c'è un grande centro commerciale nelle vicinanze e ci sono molti ristoranti e negozi di strada ~ l'esperienza complessiva è buona! Considererò di nuovo questo hotel la prossima volta

I don’t like being negative, but sometimes positivity is difficult to find. We stayed in the EasyHotel as part of a trip to Amsterdam and Rotterdam recently. Positives, the staff were polite and moderately helpful and our room was clean but there’s not much beyond that. Our “double” room had very limited space, it wasn’t that big at all. In fact the biggest space in the room was the dead space between the bed and the window. To get to this space you had to fight your way through the four inches of space between the foot of the bed and the concrete wall. It could have been better, a little more thought would have worked. The bed was comfortable enough but the pillows were almost empty bags. I left decidedly unimpressed, that impression heightened when our friend realised that she’d left her ear pods behind, ear pods that were later spotted via her tracker moving away from the centre of Rotterdam. Not a great hotel and cleaning staff that obviously lift anything they see lying! This hotel was labelled as budget, even knocking €50 off the cost it would still be overpriced. Maybe we were unlucky with our room but you can only comment on what you get. Would not recommend this hotel.
