Wanted to extend a HUGE thank you to all the staff for an amazing overnight stay for our son's 7th birthday. I dropped them an email a couple of weeks before our stay to let them know about it, and asked if reception staff would wish him happy birthday when we arrived. To our surprise the room had been decorated with fancy balloons and banners, and they'd left a box of Celebrations, a hand written birthday wishes postcard and a selection of little activity books and crayons. He was made up! The following morning all the housekeeping staff also wished him happy birthday when they saw us! It absolutely made his day! Great service from all the staff, and the usual comfort and amenities (and more) that you'd expect from a Premier Inn. Also they put us right at the far end of the corridor too - a huge plus with 2 young children, no one needing to walk past your room through the night! Brownie points all round! Thank you again for everything!

I had a great stay. The staff were very attentive and helpful when I needed anything and the bedroom and bathroom were very clean. My meal at the restaurant was lovely and was very useful to have next door! I would definitely stay again, thank you!

Really enjoyed our stay at PI Rotherham East. Nice beefeater next door, receptionist booked our table for us at check in which was really helpful as it was busy that night. Even gave the kids an activity book and crayons to play with, they loved it! Room comfortable and clean, got everything we needed

Friendly staff in the hotel and restaurant and really enjoyed the food, nice clean rooms with bath and a shower , Ideal area close to shops, takeaways and not far from the town centre, parking is also available. I will definitely recommend and will be staying again.

Room was very cold. As was the corridor outside the room. Had to turn off the small wall mounted heater in the room as the heater was directly beneath the curtains and the curtains therefore were extremely hot to the touch. It felt very unsafe. was not a good experience.

There’s always a lovely welcome at Prem Inn Rotherham East. I’ve been staying a lot over the past couple of years, driving up from London and seeing relatives. Alana at reception was particularly lovely recently, making up another bed for us after 10pm, smiling all the way.

The receptionists were extremely kind and friendly both Steve and a female receptionist called (Alana i think) went above and beyond to make sure my stay was good while I was under the weather with flu. They offered me bottles of water, lemsips and even gave us a later check out. Thank you so much!

Good stay at the Hotel it was clean comfortable and warm the beds where comfortable and I liked that you have control of how warm or cold the room is by thermostat it the room the only thing I did not like very much is that you had to pay for the Parking by Card you can not pay cash so make sure you take your card other than that I would gladly stay again.

We stayed for just one night but it was absolutely perfect. Alana on the reception was so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the bed so comfortable. The bathroom had a bath and shower, again very clean. We would definitely stay again without hesitation.
