This hotel has an exceptionally pretty frontage and an excellent location in the heart of Rothenburg, itself a very pretty town.
But beware. I turned up and my room was not in the hotel, but in a building 3 minutes walk away WITHOUT AIR-CONDITIONING! In temperatures of low 30's and high humidity, not funny.
I was exceptionally lucky and eventually!! was able to move in, pay €20 and get aircon. For a 4 star hotel, this is not acceptable.
Some staff were very stern faced, but others bubbly.
Evening meal quality was good, though pricey.
So be careful.
The opticians, by the way, opposite the bank 1 minute walk from the hotel towards the square we're so kind and wonderful by helping one of our friends fix the arm of broken spectacles. Thank you.

I recently stayed at Hotel Reichs-Küchenmeister and found it to be a decent choice overall. The location is excellent, as it’s close to several tourist attractions and a supermarket, making it convenient for sightseeing and grabbing essentials.
However, the lack of air conditioning was a drawback, especially during warmer days. The room was a bit warm, and no fan provided.
Despite this, the friendly staff and convenient location make Hotel Reichs-Küchenmeister a reasonable option, especially during cooler months.

Excellent location, right in the center of the town. You can drive to the front door, somebody will take you to the parking lot. Breakfast is included. Spa is included, kind of small, you have to call front desk to reserve the time for towels . Services are good. Room is clean. eBay chip coins Canadian dollar

地點位於羅騰堡中心位置，要去市政府廣場的聖誕市集或其他地方都很方便。 也有提供付費的私人停車位，對於自駕旅客很實用~
想停飯店提供的停車位，要先開車去飯店附近臨停辦理入住，接著他們的人員會告知位置，也會開高球車去停車場載你

L’unica punto a favore è la simpatia e la cortesia del signore che ci ha accompagnato in camera e a portare l’auto nel garage e la centralità dell’hotel Pessima esperienza consiglio di non venire mai in questo hotel d’estate. Innanzi tutto siamo stati messi in una camera in un palazzo vicino, al primo piano, con le finestre che si affacciano su una piazzetta. Arredamento abbastanza datato assente il minibar ed assente l’aria condizionata. Posso capire nell’edificio principale storico la difficoltà di mettere aria condizionata ma in questo edificio nuovo si poteva fare. Stiamo parlando di un hotel 4 stelle. Neanche un ventilatore e camera calda come un forno. Per avere un minimo di refrigerio abbiamo aperto a vasistas le finestre ma sotto la nostra camera altri ospiti maleducati parlavano ad alta voce disturbando fino a tardi. Questo succede perché l’hotel non ha personale che può intervenire. Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo.

L'albergo è bellissimo. La camera era spaziosa e molto pulita. Il bagno molto bello con ottimi prodotti. Ottima e molto varia la colazione a buffet, una delle migliori dei nostri viaggi. Anche il ristorante è eccellente. Noi abbiamo utilizzato il parcheggio pubblico appena fuori le mura, da si raggiunge l'hotel in tre minuti di cammino. Eventualmente è anche possibile prenotare il parcheggio privato dell'albergo.
