Comfort Suites

I want downstairs, but they just put me on second floor And I didn’t want upstairs I want it down the stairs..

The worker was sitting in the lounge on his phone unprepared for customers. The whole hotel smelled of mold and the room looked like someone just walked out and we walked right into the mess. The showers were covered in mold nor did it have a curtain and pre-clogged tub. Me and my husband walked out of that hotel please don’t spend your money here!

Room could use some work. Room was not the cleanest. Could have used some vacuum and cleaning. Host could have had some pep in his step and a welcoming attitude. On a bright note, the water pressure was good and the water was hot. Something that most hotels have a problem with.

Roswell is a small town and everything you'll want to see is within 10 minutes of each other, including this Comfort Suites. While it's not the nicest place, it is the absolute best deal due to the room size. It's not especially nice but it works for a weekend stay where you also spend a bit of time in the room.

The staff was very helpful and nice when checking in, the property was quiet , clean, close to many restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again if ever visiting Roswell in the future.

I come to Roswell several times a year, and I had bad experiences prior at your hotel, however, this trip was better. The staff was friendly and helpful. The issue I had was with the hvac unit in my room. Way too cold or way too hot

Property was dirty and room was very dirty. Stains on all the walls, blanket had blood stains on it that had been washed and dried in the blanket. Took it off and used our own blankets.

I look back at the day and everything I've eaten was breakfast at the hotel , a small package of chocolate covered raisins from Clein's corner and a Cobb salad at 2:00 in Santa Fe. I think breakfast has given me, well I believe to be food poisoning or E-Coli, because it hit me at 2:30. I actually had to hide behind the door of my truck and poop in the parking lot because I knew, I couldn't make it inside to the bathroom.

There were quite a few printed signs with various things out of order or request for guests. This, as well as missing tiles in the elevator indicate that they are struggling with upkeep on this property. Bed was a little hard and there were long hairs left in the tub. It was ok but I wouldn't rate it an 8+. Also there was a sign posted in the bathroom indicating the costs of items if you took them, like towels, pillows, etc. the sign misspelled mat. Imagine someone typing up the text, having it to somewhere to have plaques made, hanging them in all the rooms and not realizing that there was an egregious spelling error.
