LVP floors throughout, a kitchenette with a mini-refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine (not a full kitchen) A bedroom with a queen and twin bed, and to top it all, it features a projector in the living room. A deck with a firepit table and 4 chairs with a view to a beautiful creek.
This house is located in the prime Roswell area with less than a mile distance to stores, and restaurants.

Quite and lovely area
Super clean, looks better than the photos online. Stairs were a lot more than I thought but sturdy! Projection tv was ok but probably better if you had a real one. Picture is hard to see during sunlight hours.

Hidden gem
We loved sitting on the furnished porch and enjoying the adjacent wooded area. The squirrels and deer were a bonus
