Lovely location just over the bridge on the north of Ross on Wye. The town is a 15 minute walk back over the bridge and up the hill. The hosts were wonderful and looked after us very well. Breakfast was outstanding on all three days of our stay. There is a little road noise from either the bridge road or the main road to the north but not enough to spoil our stay. The garden, complete with rather charming molehills, backs onto the river. There are plenty of restaurants in R-o-W and Avellinos is recommended - quite busy so book ahead. The Whilte Lion pub just opposite Bridge House was simple but convenient.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Bridge House Hotel. It's a gem of a place in a beautiful setting and with the most helpful and friendly hosts you could imagine. We had a lovely spacious room at the back with views of Wilton Castle and the river. Our dog adored the fact that she could sit in the window and look out. Both the room and the bathroom were well-appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. We are so pleased we chose this hotel and have seldom enjoyed a stay more. This was a real treat! Thank you!

A lovely B&B, just over the bridge from town, but right on the river. Spacious room and wonderful breakfast choice. Very friendly and obliging hosts. Some rooms have shower, some baths, so if you prefer one or other, check when booking. Dogs accommodated in all rooms for a small, nominal charge. Great pub for evening meal just 50 yards away. Other eateries are avalable!

Bridge House is a gem among Herefordshire hotels and Kathryn and Kevin 24-carat gold hosts! Outstanding! Comfortable, gorgeous rooms, crisp cotton bedding, fluffy pillows, everything you could wish for. My riverside room had a serene view of the Wye. There's a cosy lounge downstairs, perfect for 'lounging' with a book or an evening tipple from the well-stocked honesty Bar. A wide variety of scrumptious locally-sourced breakfast choices in the Conservatory dining room with a view to match. And simply the best and most-relaxed dog-friendly welcome you could wish for.

We were given a very warm welcome by our hosts and accommodated in beautiful rooms. Breakfast had a very good selection and freshly prepared served I sleeped very well in the comfortable bed I absolutely can recommend this gorgeous accomodation !!

The B&B is situated on a main road, but the traffic noise calms down later. The breakfast was excellent, but we had to cut our stay short as our home had had an attempted burglary causing damage. We were still charged the full rate, no quarter given despite our circumstances, I know business is business but given the situation it would have been a nice touch to only charge for time stayed. No prisoners taken with this lot.

This is a lovely hotel with stunning views of the river. The hosts are extremely welcoming and provide a very nice breakfast every morning. The room we stayed in was clean and a nice size with views of the garden. Definitely recommend this hotel

Beautiful grounds and lovely views of the grounds and river from our room. Breakfast in the conservatory overlooking the gardens first class. A lovely relaxing lounge area, with a well equipped honesty bar which was a really nice place to have a sit at the end of a night in Ross on Wye. Would certainly recommend and definitely stay again.

Well what can I say! Just sat here having finished our breakfast and wanted to write a review straight away. We had an amazing 2 night stay at The Bridgehouse. Spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished rooms, comfortable bed and the best breakfast we have ever had! The hosts are simply wonderful. They could not do enough for us. The garden is amazing and so tranquil. We needed a short break to reset after a very challenging year. This was perfect. Don’t hesitate to book a stay in The Bridge house. It’s worth every penny and we can’t thank them enough
