Ohtels Fenix Family

Llegamos un lunes y estaba lloviendo a mares, pero pudimos aparcar en la puerta. Es fácil aparcar al lado del hotel, al menos en mayo, que es cuando fuimos, había siempre sitio por delante o por la entrada trasera del hotel, cosa que es de agradecer si tienes que llevar varias maletas, etc... Aunque llegamos antes de las 14:00, la hora a la que se supone que se hace el check-in, nos dejaron entrar a la habitación con más de una hora de adelanto. La habitación era más grande de lo esperado, con cocina y todo. Las vistas no era al mar, pero sí a las montañas, y francamente es una pasada levantarse viendo semejante paisaje. Tuvimos desayuno incluido porque la diferencia en el coste era ridícula y a decir verdad no me esperaba gran cosa. Sin embargo, la sorpresa fue que es un desayuno buffet y prácticamente hay de todo. Por poner alguna pega, algunas veces las copas y los platos hay que mirarlos bien porque se ven un poco sucios y hay que cambiarlos. Pero por lo demás se come de lujo y nosotros disfrutamos un montón. La piscina del hotel es chulísima, con tobogán y zona de niños y una zona bastante amplia para los adultos. También tiene una piscina climatizada con el agua bastante calentita que, aunque no es ninguna maravilla, da el apaño bastante bien si te pillan días más frescos como a nosotros. El hotel en sí es bonito, está bastante limpio y la atención es muy agradable. Por poner también una pega en la habitación, las colchas son horribles. Yo creo que les hicieron descuento en tela de toldos y pusieron toldos en las camas también. Está a cinco minutos andando de la playa. Es un lugar tranquilo y el personal se portó de lujo, siempre amables y sonrientes. Además, aunque en la reserva pusieron que el check-out es a las 10:00, en el hotel nos dijeron que ellos realmente dejan hasta las 12:00, así que nos dieron mayor tranquilidad para preparar las cosas. Sin duda en un lugar que recomiendo y donde volveré si tengo la ocasión.

Awful experience. We were made to feel worthless from the day we arrived. Reception staff are slow, bar staff are hiy and miss. We watched the lifeguard assault an 8 year old child. The entertainment staff only have their favourites. Most importantly the food was disgusting, we ate out every single day because the food had very small selection and was not worth risking the food poisoning. The building is dirty and dated, the sun beds are disgusting and have not been cleaned for months. One of the worst hotels I've EVER stayed in!

We came for Christmas week. Arrived on 23rd and told that 24th and 25th everything is closed. Luckily we had a car and got to local Mercadona for food and drinks as noting is open here and you are in the middle of nowhere. I would not use again but I am too young to be in places like this. The internet is great which is a plus. No english tv. There is only so much walking up and down a beach you can do.

Just got back after 7 nights All Inc at this hotel. Food was good my waistline can vouch for that, lots of choice for adults, kids buffet not as good The location was great close to beach, bars and shops. The local bus service is excellent for getting around if you want to leave the pool which is clean and tidy. We did have a couple of issue with our room but these were resolved quickly by the staff. View from the balcony was great, mountains on one side sea on the other.

Food variety and quality very bad, worst of all hotels I’ve been yet With full board not even tap water. Rooms good with a view. Very helpful staff at desk in by the pool animator Willy is the best. Pool area vety nice

I dont understand all these negative comments.Hotel is clean,room is clean,bathroom is clean,swimmingpool is clean,service in restaurant is quick,stuff is friendly and helpfull,entertiment is super.Mascot of the hotel is animator Willy,mega talented,super funny and just adorable,who made us laugh throughout our stay.Its second time we booked our holiday here and my two daughters ask us to be coming here again and again.Unfortunatelly we live faraway,so coming here more often its no so easy.But I hope next year we manage to come again.

LOCATION-good location just a couple of minutes walk from many of the café's and bars in one of the main tourist commercial Street. -About 1 mile walk to the main centre of town. STAFF-the staff were very friendly and accommodating and spoke quite good English FOOD-as we went in mid November all of the bars and restaurants on the resort site were closed BEDROOM-the Apartment we can was quite big, two-bedroom, airy and spacious with a lovely balcony, we got both morning sun and evening sun every day PRICE/VALUE-As this was booked through RCI the whole week cost £184 which I feel is incredibly reasonable WIFI-relatively good Wi-Fi although it frustratingly dropped out quite frequently PARKING-there is very safe and free parking on site

Vergonzoso. Estoy aquí ahora mismo con mi marido, porque queríamos venir un día a descansar. Desde el primer momento la recepcionista un trato incorrecto. Teníamos reservado pensión completa con comida para mañana y nos dicen al llegar que no hay comida porque cierra, que tenemos la opción de picnic (sándwich frio, botella de agua y pieza de fruta). Después de esto subimos a la habitación doble de matrimonio y no encontramos con un somier de 150 y un colchón de 135. Por motivos físicos no cabemos en esa cama los dos y bajamos a recepción para ver si había posibilidad de cambio de habitación por motivos físicos obvios y nos lo niegan. Dicen que tienen el hotel lleno cerrando mañana. Procedo a poner reclamación oficial. Al subir a la habitación con más calma nos fijamos en la falta de cuidado y limpieza de la habitación donde no vamos a poder dormir. Sábanas sucias, moho en la bañera, lámparas sucias, paredes en malas condiciones. En vez de una día romántico esto se ha convertido en una pesadilla. Y eso que acabamos de llegar. El trato en recepción tanto por recepcionista como por supuesto responsable ha sido Vergonzoso. La hoja de reclamaciones será presentada en consumo para que no sigan engañando a gente.8

Las vacaciones en este hotel han sido buenas. En alojamiento muy bien, comidas y trato con el personal ha sido muy gratificante. La única pega que podría poner es el tema de la animación. Muy bajita, poca currada. Yo echaba en falta a Willy y compañeros que daban una caña impresionante. Este año Teo el que mejor pero por lo demás deja mucho que desear...para el huésped. Falta vida en el hotel. Lo conozco de otro año que hemos ido y a pegado un bajón considerable. Por lo demás, todo muy bien. Gracias.
