酒店很新，仍有裝修餘味。在**和攜程各訂了一晚高級海景。一進房間就有刺鼻的味道，放出來的水是黃色的。應該是從沒有住過的房間。 找了前台，換了兩次，最後給升級了房間，還配了空氣凈化器。全程耐心服務，非常滿意。 酒店位置較偏，吃飯的地方要在櫻花湖九龍城，大概 5 公里。樓下就是海，挖沙非常方便。 酒店以五星服務為目標，但早餐服務是跟不上的。用餐時間太短，9:30 以後就結束了。而且五一高峯接待不過來，一團糟，寶寶椅衹有 4 把，咖啡杯都衹有一次性紙杯了，後廚也來不及，做麪的有，但麪鹵都沒了。服務員也來不及收拾。 其實可以放寬用餐時間，節假日可以延一小時，分散開。第二個可以排隊進場，等有人出來再放人進去，給用户一個好的用餐環境。
