"Bravo per migliorare il miserabile pub stanco che era! Così il gruppo Heartwood ha preso il posto e trasformato questo posto in un pub, ristorante e hotel più meraviglioso. Sembra fantastico, ha un'atmosfera moderna ma confortevole, molto spaziosa, pulita, piena di parcheggio. Non ho notato un sacco di ‘parlare rumore’ nel ristorante molto pieno. Le tavole sono anche ben spaziate separatamente, che fa un cambiamento. Sono felice di vederla costantemente occupata. Il condizionamento d'aria è più accogliente! Una volta abbiamo dovuto chiedere che la musica fosse spostata perché era molto alta (e tinita) e sembrava che il personale scegliesse la propria musica pesante di rock! Forse scegliere musica più leggera, più morbida per cena, o niente! Vorrei fare qualche suggerimento però: 1. mettere alcune salate sul menu. Soprattutto nei clienti climatici caldi, hanno bisogno di una scelta di poche salate diverse. 2. Il menu del bar deve essere ampliato, soprattutto quando le persone vogliono mangiare fuori. Attualmente è molto limitato, e sarebbe bello avere il menu del ristorante o un menu di scelta più grande bar servito fuori. 3. Perché non è possibile utilizzare i giardini di erba posteriore, soprattutto nel calore?"

"Chalet room is very cramped, only 2x folding chairs in tiny kitchenette and you are expected to fit any clothes in a wardrobe in the shower room! Be aware that continental breakfast is in your room and dishes are yours to wash - never been expected to do this in any other place. Parking is available but you need to be an excellent driver to cope when the accommodation is full - difficult sloping drive with poor visibility onto busy road. Host is very pleasant, but at £100 a night we will not be returning."
