long story short they stole from me and now I can’t get a response from them. I took my £160 AirPods with me to the hotel, I did not use them the entire stay so we’re left in my baggage. i messaged the owner the day before we checked out asking if we could pay for late check out, he messaged back right away stating this was not possible, which at the time I thought fair enough. only now it makes sense why, on the day of check out we were told we could put our baggage in their “deposit” which was an unlocked room which anyone staying at the property, staff and the owner could have access too. i trusted them. our flight was at night so we didn’t collect our baggage until around 6pm. upon arrival at the airport I went to take my AirPods out of my hand luggage gym bag so I could FaceTime my mom and dad, they were gone. i did not use them the entire trip and I had seen them the day before in my hand luggage bag. i messaged the owner and had no response, and I have messaged since then and still had no response as they are not even willing to give me an apology for someone taking my items. in regard to the hotel, it is more of a b&m style which is right by the main road and you can hear every single person and car that walk past so it’s inconvenient if you’re trying to sleep as it is a very busy city even later on at night. they also do not change your towels and their is no mirror in the room only the bathroom so if you’re a girl and need to get ready using makeup bring your own mirror with you if you’re using the dressing table. So what I’m trying to get at here is if you are trying to have a decent nights sleep and have any items of value that you’re travelling with don’t stay here because they will steal from you and I haven’t even unpacked yet to see what else they have taken. The hotel was a decent location, I have to give them that as it is a 2 minute walk from the colosseum.

These guys stole 260 euros off us when they claimed an EFTPOS payment never went through then demanded via an unhinged rant that we pay cash which we did. One month later the credit card bill comes through and low and behold was charged so we payed twice. Great. Owners are completely unresponsive via email and phone. Check in was abysmal owners are not actually at the property. Room itself is dirty, moldy with broken attachments. Noisy from other rooms and the street. Avoid!
