Hotel Al SanPietrino

I was very disappointed by this place. My husband had booked this hotel because he knows, I don't like Bed and Breackfast and Airbnb's kind of places... but this "hotel" is not an hotel. It is an apartment, that they call "hotel". When you enter the building, you enter a private space, where families are living. There are no common spaces at all. Imagine the corridor of a normal apartment and in there they have a reception and a sofa and in the "kitchen" you can fit 2 people standing. Moreover in the shared bathroom there are toothbrushes and toothpasta, as someone lives there. I was very disappointed. don't imagine an hotel, this is a B&B. They write, that they can keep your luggage.. but what they do is that they just put it in the kitchen and they take no responsibility for that. What if other guests open them and steal? Who is responsible for that? Nobody told me that the croissants and the coffee in the kitchen in were free. Moreover my husband got to know that his card was not good enough even if booking had accepted it. Luckely we stayed only two nights but i can only recommend it if you are ok with a B&B. But they have "hotel prices" and definitely not the facilities of a hotel. It was very clean and it is very well located with many restaurants and shops closed by.
