Fatti un favore e non prenotare questo posto. Un soggiorno da incubo. L'unico vantaggio di questo hotel era la sua posizione (a 2 minuti da Piazza di Spagna). A parte questo, è stato assolutamente stressante soggiornare qui. Se potessi dare un punteggio inferiore a 1, lo farei. 1. Non c'era mai nessuno alla reception; c'è una "reception" ma non c'è mai nessuno lì. Ciò significa che quando siamo arrivati all'una di pomeriggio siamo stati lasciati fuori in Via Gregoriana e non c'era nessuno lì per farci entrare nel complesso. Dopo aver aspettato per almeno 30 minuti, un residente di una delle case all'interno del complesso è uscito e ci ha fatto entrare. 30 minuti dopo abbiamo ricevuto un messaggio di testo che ci diceva in quale stanza entrare e così abbiamo fatto. Il fatto che non ci fosse una reception, ha significato che la mattina seguente siamo stati svegliati alle 8:30 da altri visitatori che cercavano di entrare nell'edificio. 2. L'hotel è pubblicizzato male. È al massimo 7 minuscoli appartamenti nel seminterrato con scarsa ventilazione. Ha diverse rampe di scale e non è adatto a chi ha bagagli. 3. La porta del bagno era rotta, senza maniglia e non si poteva chiudere o aprire facilmente. Mi sono tagliato due volte cercando di uscire dal bagno. 4. Internet era una barzelletta. Non funzionava per niente durante i 2 giorni in cui siamo rimasti lì. Ho dovuto pagare 10 $ al giorno per usare i dati sul mio telefono, e anche quello non funzionava perché eravamo in un seminterrato. Non siamo riusciti nemmeno ad accedere a Internet abbastanza per prenotare un altro hotel per lasciare questo orrore. 5. Dato che la stanza era sottoterra, la ventilazione era molto scarsa, ed era caldo e umido. Non ho chiuso occhio perché non riuscivo a respirare di notte. 6. Abbiamo pagato per 3 persone e ci hanno fornito asciugamani e shampoo per 2 persone. 7. Poiché non c'è una reception, non potevamo chiedere a nessuno di chiamare un taxi per raggiungere l'aeroporto. Ci siamo fermati in strada e abbiamo aspettato un po' prima di andare in un altro hotel, un vero hotel in fondo alla strada, e chiedere loro di chiamarci un taxi. In conclusione: questo posto era orribile e ha rovinato un soggiorno altrimenti meraviglioso a Roma.
