定的豪華間 結果被分到了一個幾乎沒有窗户的房間。 不像是酒店，更像民宿，走廊寬度大概不到一米。除了前台沒有看到任何工作人員。晚上八點到達酒店，需要自行入住。唯一的好處是位置還不錯。完全不推薦

Awesome hotel, well maintained and very clean. Stuff are amazing very helpful and generous. Michele and the team did amazing job. Location are amazing walkable to everywhere in Rome. Safe area, lot of transportation. Def would recommend this hotel.

We had an excellent stay at Sun Suite Luxury Pantheon last week. Michele was extremely friendly and efficient. The location of the hotel was great and it was very easy to walk to both Trastevere, and the city centre. We would definitely return to this hotel/

I can’t recommend sun suite luxury pantheon enough! Me and my partner came here to celebrate my birthday. The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond for us. They gave us complimentary Prosecco and laid rose petals on the bed to make the occasion special. The free mini bar was stocked up with soft drinks and they gave us little pastries and cakes for breakfast along with a lovely coffee machine. The staff even gave us some great recommendations for restaurants nearby which did not disappoint. The rooms were very clean and they offered to deep clean it daily. The rooms were modern and really nice; the bathtub was big had jet streams like a jacuzzi. Perfect for a soak after a long day exploring the city! The shower had a steam function which made the shower like a steam room. The view from the room was amazing. The location was great. It was close to all the main attractions which were within a 15 - 20 minutes walk from the hotel. We will definitely be returning! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and easy 😊

My husband and I stayed here at the Sun Suite Luxury Pantheon after a cruise. We wanted somewhere central to the sights of Rome where we could spend a night. The hotel is very centrally located- we walked everywhere- to the Colesseum, the Vatican and to the Trevi Fountain. Of course with some pit stops along the way at some lovely restaurants- we were spoilt for choice. Our room was right beside the reception desk, and unfortunately we just didn't feel like we could properly relax- we could vividly here conversations that were taking place outside the door. The room itself was pretty clean and the air con worked well. I didn't get the best night's sleep though as we just had a flat sheet to sleep under and I'd have preferred a lighter duvet. In addition, I found the bathroom a little strange and it wasn't very clean unfortunately. It did the job though and it was a central place for us to stay for the night. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and they really did go above and beyond. The little extras in the room were a nice touch and we even got a bottle of prosecco in the room with some rose petals on the bed which was nice!

Pros - safe and secure - quiet - good location - room had great amenities like a breakfast bar, toothbrush and toothpaste, drink options in the fridge (all free). - usb ports near nightstand - huge tv I don’t have a con as such. I just found the mattress too firm. This is my personal preference though. My husband thought the pillows were too hard, but these didn’t both me. We could not find English speaking channels on tv.

We hadden geboekt bij Sunsuite Luxury's, maar de kamer was vuil, niet wat we geboekt hadden en voldeed compleet niet. De foto's op booking kwamen echt niet overeen met de realiteit. Als ik andere beoordelingen lees, denk ik dat wij de enige slechte kamer hadden. We kwamen aan om 23:00 uur. Er was niemand meer aanwezig aan de balie bij aankomst, waardoor we niemand konden aanspreken, want we wilden meteen terug vertrekken. Via Whatsapp kregen we te horen dat we pas op de laatste dag een andere kamer konden krijgen. Wij hebben dus een nacht in een vuile kamer geslapen, die veel te warm was en waar we de venster niet konden openen, omdat de geur van de keukenafzuiging van een restaurant beneden recht naar binnen kwam. zelfs de lakens op bed roken naar de keuken!! De volgende morgen zijn we vertrokken en de man achter de balie zei dat we niets moesten betalen als we geen slechte recensie gaven. Tijdens ons verblijf in een ander hotel checkte ik mijn bankgegevens, en er was niets geblokkeerd op de mastercard.Nu komen we bij thuiskomst te weten dat ze er een no show booking van gemaakt hebben en dat we het volledige bedrag moeten ophoesten. We hebben in een andere plek verbleven. SM Mellini Relais. We zijn hier puur afgezet. De foto's liegen er niet om. Er kroop zelfs een kleine duizendpoot vanonder de douche
