Navona Central Suites

Excellent central place to stay. Both the girls on reception were excellent and helped us to book trips and taxis to and from the airport and were professional and helpful. The rooms well equipped and were cleaned during our stay. The steam room and jacuzzi bath all worked and were clean. The doors to both the block and reception are opened automatically using your phone so I would advise you have internet although I think they would work fine with the apartments wi fi. Our only gripe would be it was a little noisy for us but we do live in an extremely quiet area. We would still highly recommend here.

The area in which the hotel is located is centrally located to many historical sites restaurants and shopping. The staff went out of their way to make our stay easy and comfortable. They provided tips about dinning and attractions. The building is unique and the rooms have interesting architectural features like huge windows with wooden shades and ceilings painted with scroll work. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a coffee maker, a fridge and a Turkish bath. Breakfast was wonderful.

My friend and I had a really nice stay and would recommend this place to others wanting a good location in Rome for sightseeing and shopping. This place is not a hotel in the general sense, but to us, it didn't make much of a difference. Make sure upon booking that you are able to review the video they send you that tells you how to check in. Access is granted through interaction with your phone to unlock the front door to the building, door to the second floor where the suites are, and door to your room. The link to that video was broken for me and I was unable to review it. We arrived late in the evening not knowing how to check-in. It all worked out and they were accessible to help us with patience necessary to make the check-in less stressful. Had I reviewed the video, check-in and getting into our room would have been a breeze. That said, if you want the experience of a typical hotel, this is not the place for you. The rooms have a steam shower combo unit, which is cool. It's a small space for two people, but doable. The front desk attendant is there from 8AM - 6PM, and they are really helpful and nice. They gave us great recommendations for shopping and rooftop experiences. They communicate and stay connected through WhatsApp, so become familiar with that if you aren't already.

Best hotel stay on our entire Italy trip! Our concierge Chiara was great. The staff are friendly and the room was STUNNING. Super convenient walking distance to ALL of sites and the antique elevator was adorable. The room was immaculate, so beautiful and the bathroom was so amazing and unexpected! Two thumbs up. Fine holiday fun. Will be staying here every Rome trip!
