Jb Relais Luxury

Questo hotel si è comportato in modo pessimo con noi, sconsiglio a chiunque di soggiornarci: approccio poco professionale alla fornitura dei servizi! Abbiamo prenotato una camera al JB Relais (Via Dei Giubbonari 47, 00186, Roma) dal 19 al 26 dicembre. Tuttavia, a causa delle restrizioni per i turisti ucraini in Italia dal 16 dicembre, non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di usufruire di questa prenotazione. Ho scritto all'hotel e descritto la situazione, ma hanno addebitato l'intero importo della prenotazione subito dopo aver ricevuto il mio messaggio (tasse e prepagamento inclusi!!!). Dopodiché non mi hanno più risposto e non ho ricevuto alcun rimborso (nemmeno le tasse di soggiorno!).

The hotel is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. There is a quirky old lift to save your legs on the stairs. Inside it is beautifully decorated with only 5 rooms. We opted for a deluxe room and weren’t disappointed. The room was spacious with a large, comfortable bed and equally large bathroom with plenty of space for toiletries, etc. Staff are only there in the morning but they are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. It’s not far to walk to anywhere other than the Vatican. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby too. The only downside was the breakfast. Cornflakes but no milk or spoon other than the teaspoon for the hot drink. Same for the yoghurt. Croissants and mini bread roll but no plate to eat them off. On 2 mornings we were given fruit but that wasn’t provided on our last 2 mornings. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The hotel is delightful. Beautiful large room and stunning bathroom with very large shower. The hotel is so central and circa 10 minute walk to the Pantheon and 15 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. Very central The staff are simply lovely and very helpful. Highly recommend

Me and my partner have just returned from 4 nights in a Luxury Deluxe room at this hotel. We couldn’t fault it at all and are already looking into booking our next trip to Italy after having such a positive experience. Valentina went out of her way to help us from the minute we arrived, right until the moment we left. When we arrived she marked out all the key tourist spots on the map for us, and added a few personal favourites of hers. She also went out of her way to search for rooftop bars and a swimming pool for us when we mentioned that they were things we would like to do whilst in Rome. Even when we found out at 5am on the day we were meant to leave that our 8am flight had been cancelled she was up looking into other flights for us and helping us solve the problem. The room was spotless and was cleaned for us every day even though most days we didn’t leave the room until later than the final cleaning time and didn’t expect it to be done. Breakfast was delicious (Fresh croissants, bread, fruit, yougurt and juice) we looked forward to it every day and it was so handy that it was just dropped to the door so we could sit in our room and eat it in our robes that were provided so we didn’t need to get ready to go out for breakfast. The mini fridge was re stocked whenever drinks were taken so we never had to go without. There is a Co op just across the road which is extremely handy if you want to grab a snack or some drinks and all of the local tourist spots are no longer than a 20 min walk away. It was lovely that it was just a small hotel with only a few rooms as this meant there was no noise during the day or the night and we really felt like a priority. I couldn’t fault a single thing about the hotel and really appreciate Valentinas help and service during our stay. Would 100% recommend. Thank you!

Très grande chambre moderne, très propre, belle salle d'eau. Petit déjeuner servit en chambre si on souhaite. A environ 15 minutes de marche du centre historique, proche du quartier trastevere où il fait bon manger le soir. Personnel très sympathique ! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir

Parfait. Chambre confortable. 5 chambres seulement, style B&B . Petit déjeuner servi dans la chambre (boissons, croissant,petit pain,corn flakes,fruits, yaourts) Emplacement idéal tout à pied si on aime marcher. Chambre au calme. Propre et très mignon. Peut-être l'insonorisation mais cela dépend de l'éducation des voisins. Attention taxi pour l'aéroport 50 euros ( prix fixe ) et commandé via l'hôtel nous a coûté 55 euros
