Nessuna connessione wifi in camera tranne che nell'area della reception. Buona posizione con molti ristoranti nei dintorni.

La posizione è buona perché è vicino alla stazione, ma è stato difficile perché c'era molta salita, la stanza era piena quando è stata caricata una valigia, ma non è stato scomodo!! Quando siamo andati ci hanno detto che non potevano farlo perché la linea Wi-Fi era rotta, quindi era molto scomodo, per il resto siamo rimasti soddisfatti di tutto.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo i ragazzi della reception tutti molto gentili e sempre disponibili. Posizione strategica, via urbana tranquilla ma nello stesso tempo la sera è viva e si passeggia tranquillamente, vicino ci sono bar ristorante e una piccola pizzeria, se dovessi a Roma tornerei sicuramente al monti!

Il relais si trova all’interno di un palazzo storico in via Urbana a Roma, non aspettatevi hotel tradizionale con mega reception/atrio/bar … Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Location perfetta per soggiornare a Roma: vicinissima alla stazione Termini che si raggiugne a piedi, alla Stazione metro Cavour. Colosseo e Fori imperiali vicinissimi all’hotel. È una soluzione tranquilla e comoda da cui spostarsi a piedi per visitare le maggiori attrazioni di Roma La via in cui si trova è vivace, con negozietti e localini ma tutti tranquilli. Consiglierei di dare una mano di pittura in camera

Siamo molto contenti della scelta fatta.Siamo stati accolti da personale gentilissimo educato e disponibile.Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli fino a sera.Ambiente pulitissimo .Colazione abbondante a buffet. Se torneremo a Roma sappiamo dove andare.Grazie

Nel cuore del quartiere Monti, struttura confortevole e pulita, camere gradevoli esteticamente, personale gentile, ottima posizione, colazione in alto con possibilità di godere di una bella vista dalla terrazza.. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Salve, siamo tornati da poco da una vacanza a Roma, la struttura è ideale per chi cerca relax e comfort. Il proprietario è disponibilissimo e ha fatto di tutto per farci sentire a casa. Ambiente pulitissimo e zona molto tranquilla e a due passi da una fermata della metro. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!

Very friendly staff. Cozy and clean hotel. Super great location. Colosseum is 800m away. Located in middle of good restaurants and shops. If you want to get a proper feeling of Rome history that is the hotel to go. We had the best time ever! My top recommendations!

To add to my original review check in time says 1:00. Response from hotel says it does say 2:00. Screen shot I took today from the hotel website. I googled Relais Monti hotel in Rome to make my reservation and check in at 1:00 was better than most hotels This is why I was expecting a 1:00 checkin.

We selected this hotel due to its location - near the train station and within walking distance of most sites in Rome - and were very a happy with the accommodations. The beds were comfortable and the room quiet until the morning. We did hear people walking on the floor above us, but it didn't really bother us. It was nice having the elevator to help with our luggage, and the place was safe and clean. If ever back in Rome, we would definitely consider staying here again.

I wish i had read amysuet’s review before I booked this spot. She was correct on all accounts. I reserved three nights, nonrefundable, 250 a night. We stayed two nights. I simply couldn’t stay there another night and walk through the dirty foyer area that smelled like diapers. Then ascending the steps, the carpeting was filthy, and there was no chance of using the elevator because it was so slow. I can’t believe no one mentioned the terrible foyer until Amy did. I would think the rooms were clean, but it just was not the experience I was looking for and not really how it was represented. As I said, we checked out after nights, lost 250 and went elsewhere for a bit more money and had a good last night. It was probably one step above camping.

We used this hotel for one night after returning from Florence before we flew home the next day. I booked this hotel based on reviews from here and also their website. Sadly, this hotel was misrepresented on their website and I have to wonder if the people who reviewed it on TripAdvisor stayed in the same hotel that I did? When we reached the hotel, we did not find the lovely wooden stained door that’s on the website. Instead we found a worn blue painted door that looked like it was the door to an apartment building. In fact we think it was and the hotel is on the upper floors. The door was locked. We gained entry by pushing the top button on the right hand panel and telling them we were guests. We were buzzed into a dirty foyer, not a hotel foyer. There were stairs and the slowest elevator i have ever encountered. The person at reception apologized for it. It was small as expected but my goodness it crawled! Reception was a small desk that is not manned 24/7 which was told to us at check in. Thank goodness we weren’t arriving after the reception person went home! We were given codes to enter the building if no one was there and also to access certain parts of the floor. Our room was not secured behind any kind of secure access point so that could have been an issue. Our room was white with scarred walls. It seemed clean but felt old and worn. There were two bottles of water provided in the fridge. There was a kettle and coffee service. The bed was fairly comfortable and the a/c worked well. The shower was a semicircle and very small. There were no shelves or cubbies for our shower products so they had to go on the floor. We bumped our heads a couple of times trying to reach them. There was a product bolted to the wall but I don’t remember if it was shower gel or shampoo. There was soap bolted to the wall at the sink. The water was hot with good pressure. We did not have breakfast. The area the hotel is in did not feel safe to us (all women) in the evening as there isn’t a lot of activity happening around it. I would not choose to stay here again and certainly would not goose it for home base for touring. The website states it’s “ideal for a luxury stay in an urban-chic setting”. That could not be further from the truth in our situation.
