Very friendly and helpful host to help settling in, Free snacks and drinks provided. Few blocks away from metro, many restaurants and shops nearby. It's a nice neighborhood. Just that the room is a bit small. can't open your luggage inside. Good for a short stay.

夫婦で4泊滞在しました。宿泊前から、オーナー?のChristianさんとWhatsappでしっかりやり取りができ、とても安心感がありました。Christianさんはすぐにお返事をしてくれます。 空港からの車の手配もスムーズで、夜の到着でも安心でした。 ・立地：主要な観光地などに歩いてアクセス可能で便利です。周辺にもお店やブティックが並んでいます。夜も静かでした。 ・建物：ローマらしい古い建物ですが、清掃が行き届いており綺麗です。 ・設備：シャワー・エアコンも問題なく、部屋の広さも夫婦2人では十分だと感じました。 ・室内にはスナック、コーヒーのほか、毎日ペットボトルとジュースを補充してくれます。 ・エレベーターがレトロで良い体験ができます。 たまに施設内でお会いできる女性スタッフさんがとても優しく、親切でした。 一度、夜中に部屋のドアを開けられそうになり、かなり不安になりましたが、 女性スタッフさんに相談したところすぐに確認をしてくれました。（別の部屋の方の間違いだったということが分かり、安心しました。） 快適に過ごすことができる良い宿でした！

所在位置跟景點很近，一路走路到聖天使城堡（Castel Sant'Angelo） / 萬神殿 （Pantheon) / 特雷維噴泉 （Trevi Fountain） /西班牙階梯 Spanish Steps一點也不遠，另走路到梵諦岡也是20分鐘左右。 只是這是民宿，沒前台，沒24小時值班的酒店服務人員，自助入住。單位所在的樓房是幾層樓高的舊式歐洲民房，整幢樓房比較舊。民宿是在3樓的其中一個房子，內有4間房間。房間是新式裝修，内有淋浴室和厠所，淋浴花灑水力不足，這個不是很好。建議自備頭髮吹風機。

Had our booking cancelled because Residenza Cavour took 3 payments for our booking instead of one by mistake and then took 3 weeks to decide to cancel our booking without our consent. - money refunded but not taking into account other charges for his banks fees etc We were a party of 8. Host has replied to me on email saying it wasn’t his fault and he won’t pay because GB left the European Union ! Please avoid this place their service is disgraceful!

Totally unprofessional…..as their solution for overcharging us 3 x for the same booking was to cancel it without our consent because staff thought we were accusing them of theft (by trying to reclaim the overpayment they took from us) We have not been fully refunded (allowing for banking charges, etc). It took over three weeks of mostly one sided communication…ours only to be dealt with unsatisfactorily! Certainly would not recommend this place and the totally arrogant attitude of their staff towards their customers!

Had a lovely experience staying here. A 5 minute walk to the metro link which costs €1.50 to get to anywhere in Rome, while also being a 20 minute walk into Campo di Fiori. Had an issue on the first night with the air conditioning however the landlord came within half an hour after receiving our message and fixed immediately. We could not write a review without mentioning Karl. An all round excellent host and a credit to the business. Contacted via WhatsApp with any issues, lovely and attentive when spoken in person, cleaning and restocking the room daily, at our confidence. Thankyou Karl !
