B&B Casetta Roma

A truly lovely and peaceful place to stay! The room was tidied up and cleaned daily and towels were changed almost every day. Our room (for 2 people) was small but nice, and had everything we needed. There are shutters on the windows that can be open/closed electronically from inside the room. The bathroom was nice an clean and has a regular shower + rainshower and there is a hairdryer if you need it. It's recommended to bring a couple of adapters for the sockets! The breakfast (a selection of fruit, yoghurt, cornflakes, bread, coffee, juice and milk etc.) was very nice and can be enjoyed in the small entrance area where it is nicely laid out every day. B&B Cassettaroma is beautifully situated on a hill, so we got a good workout on our way home in the evening :-). On the other hand, it is only about an 8-10 minute walk from Roma Trastevere station, where you can catch trains to Roma Termini and Fiumicino Airport. From Roma Trastevere station (or the "Trastevere/Pascarella" stop a little closer to the B&B), you can take bus or tram no. 8 all the way into Rome (Piazza Venezia). You can pay on the bus by scanning your credit card ("Tap & Go"). Marco and Sara were both very welcoming, always ready to help and easy to get hold of via WhatsApp. If you want a really nice and lovely stay away from noise and bustle, we can definitely recommend B&B Cassetta Roma!
