設施：設施非常新，特別是浴室的部分，跟國內的新酒店差不多 衞生：每天都有人來打掃，但是好像不會換床單被套 環境：在車站邊上，比較方便，不會很吵 服務：基本都是自助的，不存在什麼服務。會有免費的水和小吃，可以自己拿。

房間很棒很乾凈，老闆人很好，非常帥且十分有品位。我是來自中國的遊客，即使語言不通，老闆也很好的解決了入住的所有問題。我在遊覽聖天使堡時候遇到了復活節，所以預訂的門票不讓進了，老闆幫助我們打了客服電話幫忙退票，十分感謝。 推薦大家選擇這家酒店，交通也十分便利，附近就是火車站，地鐵站和公交車總站，吃飯的地方很多，下次來羅馬我還會選擇這家酒店的。

酒店有古老的電梯，特別新鮮好奇，有啲意外驚喜，酒店房東好人，向我們詳細介紹羅馬的地方，又提醒我們要小心扒手同自身安全，酒店的咖啡及茶點全部無限免費，令我們有賓至如歸的感覺。

房間位置很好，走路5分鐘到火車站，房間也很新，新裝修的，前台服務挺好，提供免費咖啡，甜品。房間有保險箱，冰箱，藍色裝修也很温馨。除了價格貴，沒啥毛病。 最好提前發郵件聯繫酒店，告訴你第一道門密碼，要不沒辦法到達二樓辦入住。

I was a bit concerned about the check-in process as a couple reviewers had complained about it. So, I was proactive and contacted the host via contact info found on the business website via Google Map and the room booking website in advance. I provided my contact info and requested the host to contact me. I did receive WhatsApp messages on the day of check-in and received all the information for getting the key and the directions to the room. All went very smoothly without any problems. In fact, the host’s secretary was onsite everyday during my stay. I met the host Mauro and saw him everyday as well. They were both very friendly and nice to my kids. It was a really pleasant stay and felt like home in a way. This is a 9-room apartment with a break room and a terrace. It is in a central location, 2 blocks from the transport hub with loads of restaurants around. Rome is not that big. Many major tourist spots are within 20-30 mins walk. Coliseum is a 15-min walk away. A taxi ride is mostly €10-€15 to all the major sightseeing spots and to Vatican about €20. It makes a big difference when it is sizzling hot and most public places in Rome have very weak A/C, making taxi the most comfortable option to get around. The room is spacious and very clean. Shampoo, shower gel are provided. It’s quiet at night and the bed is very comfortable. The AC worked extremely well, a big bonus for the very hot summer in Rome. The break room has biscuits, tea and coffee. It also has a drinking water machine, saving you from buying bottled water and get you start your day hydrated. I almost never go for B&B, however, this place exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it.
