Hotel romantici a Distretto di Ashigarashimo

Every part of the experience was excellent — from the warm reception upon arrival to the room facilities and the quality of the meals, everything was truly first-class. The staff were courteous and friendly, and you could really feel their dedication to providing top-level service. The light meal served upon arrival was an unexpected delight. As for the facilities, all rooms face east, offering a perfect view of the sunrise. The room was far better than what we had seen in the photos. Although you have to go downstairs through the private garden to access the hot spring, it didn’t affect the enjoyment at all — the hotel’s interior design and atmosphere are exceptional, and every corner provides a pleasant experience. Overall, the quality of this hotel is outstanding. Since we were driving, I’m not sure about the transportation options, but if you’re planning a self-driving trip around the Hakone area, this hot spring hotel is highly recommended.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped answer all our questions upon arrival and sending our luggage to the next hotel location. Lovely experience and the burgers from the restaurant were also very delicious!
