This hotel exceeded our expectations! We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious, quiet and comfy with nice view of the town. The impeccable and responsive service is unmatchable! The breakfast was adequate and the home cooked noodles were delicious. We would stay here again next time.

設施：洗浴，廁所，洗手池全部獨立，個人用品都很好，全部獨立包裝，棉簽，隔音耳塞，一次性刮鬍刀，洗漱用品，一次性拖鞋毛巾浴帽，都有提供。到處都有插座很方便我這種懶人。
衞生：剛去就看到阿姨在打掃消毒。沒得説。
環境：窗外就對着古城，3 樓陽台晚上可以聽到對岸酒吧唱歌。好像衹有一家，所以不會有別的歌聲混進來，直接獨享。4 樓還有小花園，視野拍照簡直一絕。
還有兩衹哈基米，可惜沒摸到哈哈。整體遊玩體驗很棒，沿江基本上都逛了一遍。主要是吃的容易踩雷。
服務：房東很熱情，房間都有水，飲料和特色小吃免費提供，來入住提前有聯繫我們，走的時候還幫忙從半山腰把行李搬到馬路這邊，非常感謝🙏

RRainyeengloL'hotel è vicino al ponte Fog nella città antica di Fenghuang. La mia camera ha vista sul fiume e due balconi, che è eccellente per la vista notturna della città. La camera è abbastanza spaziosa per quattro adulti, ma deve condividere per un bagno. Il buffet del colazione ha offerto solo un semplice colazione cinese con varieta' limitate. La stanza dell'hotel era tranquilla a notte. Il personale era amichevole e utile tutto il tempo. Il ristorante era eccellente e offre un autentico cibo di stile Hunan. In generale, questa esperienza hotel è stata eccellente.

Per quanto riguarda l'ubicazione, è abbastanza lontano dalle attività notturne trafficate e rumorose, ma a pochi passi dall'ingresso dell'area antica. Il tassista può lasciarci sulla strada vicino all'hotel. Non è necessario trasportare bagagli ingombranti su e giù per le scale dell'area antica.
Grazie mille a Xiao Ding per essersi preso cura di noi e per averci mandato alla stazione ferroviaria dopo il check-out.
Altamente raccomandato.

IIshanbaobaoAmbiente: questo hotel si trova proprio sulla riva del fiume Tuojiang, quindi puoi goderti lo splendido scenario senza uscire di casa.
Servizio: il negozio è molto accogliente. Dopo essere arrivati alla porta Huanan dell'antica città di Fenghuang, la governante uscirà per ritirare i bagagli. Dopo il check-in, siamo stati trasferiti gratuitamente in una camera genitori-figli e sorprendente.
Ricordo che era l'una di notte del primo giorno del mio soggiorno. Ho chiesto alla governante di portare dell'acqua se ne avevo bisogno e la governante ha risposto rapidamente perché dovevamo prendere il treno ad alta velocità alle 9 del mattino e fare il check-out alle 7 a.m., avevamo bisogno che la governante ci aiutasse a portare i bagagli e ad uscire alla porta di Huanan per aspettare il treno. La governante accettò rapidamente la nostra richiesta e ci aiutò a fermare l'auto. Il servizio era molto attento e ci aveva anche dato specialità locali prima in partenza.
Sono anche andato a vedere la camera con vista sul fiume (situata su una palafitta) che volevo prenotare prima. Dopo averla confrontata, ho scoperto che la Youyou Shuipan Home ha il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo e vale davvero la pena alloggiare.

L'hotel ha un aspetto antico. Quando esci e giri a sinistra, puoi entrare nell'antica città di Fenghuang. L'area circostante è molto tranquilla e non rumorosa.
Quando siamo arrivati, il personale all'interno è stato molto gentile Ci ha aiutato a trasportare i bagagli, ci ha detto l'orario e il luogo della colazione e ci ha portato una mappa per rispondere alle nostre domande.
Parliamo degli interni dell'hotel. All'inizio pensavo che non fosse diverso dagli altri hotel. Quando mi sono lavata la sera, ho scoperto tanti piccoli dettagli! Che vantaggio!

P12-13 Alla fine della giornata, il capo è stato davvero premuroso. Ha incontrato un gattino randagio e ha creato un nido per gatti nel corridoio esterno. Poiché il gattino vive qui da molto tempo, non ha particolarmente paura delle persone. e non si è nascosto quando ci siamo avvicinati.
Inoltre, vengono forniti buoni per la colazione. Abbiamo mangiato abbastanza tagliatelle di zampe di maiale e frattaglie di manzo dall'esterno. Mangiamo anche panini leggeri, Hanamaki, panini al vapore, tagliatelle saltate in padella e sottaceti, il che è davvero comodo! Anche la zia nella sala colazione è molto gentile~

YYehYehYeh葉子We had the best service of our trip at this hotel- they truly go beyond and above. It was only a 15min Didi from the train station, also the bus shuttle from HSR to the city is right in front of the hotel. The location is perfectly situated at one side of the main bridge, but a nice 5min stroll away such that you are away from the noise on the main ***** (in front of the river). Also, no mosquitoes. We initially booked a riverfront hotel but I am SO glad that we changed to this hotel after actually walking the whole tourist ***** on foot. Legit the cobblestones near the river are terrible, and cars can’t get in so it’d have been a nightmare.
Next, Xiao Dai （小代） who helped us and the manager were all so sweet. 小代answered all our WeChat questions extremely promptly (literally 1-2mins), and when we asked about the free laundry self use machine onsite, she offered to have us leave it in our room and do it for us so we could go out and explore. I thought this was truly above and beyond- she picked the clothes up from our room, washed them (separately as well for colours and whites), hung them and sent us a photo, dried them and returned them to us folded and freshly laundered. We were simply floored by this level of service. They are so so so kind and I can’t recommend this hotel enough for their kindness and eagerness to ensure your comfort during your stay.
We stayed on the 7th floor in a suite and it was very comfortable- the bed itself and pillows were just right. Sheets felt high quality, pillows not too stiff and high, duvet was fluffy and nice. I liked that the toilet is separated from the shower and vanity- the soft but bright filtered lighting for the bathroom vanity was amazing for getting ready (for the girls who are sick of hotels with dark lighting and can’t do their make up). The room was spacious and although some aspects were a bit outdated, it was clean large and comfortable - we were so happy with our room.
They also gave our group of 3 girls 4 room cards which allows for each card to breakfast. The breakfast ayis were so nice and made eggs freshly your way when asked. The cucumber and radish pickles were yummy and we really liked the corn soup and congee as well as all the vegetable dishes. The selection was good for us, as we like clean and simple, easy to digest and nutritious foods in the morning.
Oh yeah they also sent us to the HSR on check out without charge, in the hotel’s car. They were so prompt in getting us to the HSR and the driver was really considerate, safe and careful. Literally the most calm drive we’ve experienced in China.
Side note- the gym is massive and looks largely unused but the equipment is good, there are weights and cables and everything. There’s also a pool table and table tennis. A yoga room complete with a good amount of gear and mats.

La posizione dell'ostello sulla mappa è sbagliata. L'ostello si trova sul lato sinistro dello Snow Bridge se ti trovi di fronte al fiume Tuo Jiang. La posizione dell'ostello non è accanto al primo ponte Feng Huang.
Quando raggiungiamo il parcheggio, la nostra macchina non può entrare perché il parcheggio è pieno. Il proprietario è venuto sulla strada principale per aiutarci a portare i bagagli all'ostello. Stessa cosa quando torniamo indietro nel tempo, il proprietario ci aiuta a portare la lingua al parcheggio. Trasporto gratuito fornito da e per la stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità.
Il nostro balcone si affaccia sul fiume Tuo Jiang con vista sull'antica città e lo scenario notturno è molto bello con lo Snow Bridge completamente illuminato. Una bella, bella vista sullo Snow Bridge e sulla zona circostante.
Prenotiamo Family Suite - 2 camere, vista fiume (balcone), una camera pulita e molto spaziosa e con una vista fantastica. La posizione è comoda e la pulizia è buona.
Ci sono molti bar con musica sotto l'ostello e lungo il fiume, ma tutta la musica finisce alle 23:00, è una buona iniziativa.
La posizione dell'ostello è vicino ad attrazioni famose, come Hongqiao, Tuo Jiang Rock Jumping e il negozio di fotografia di viaggio proprio sotto l'ostello.
Sono pienamente soddisfatto del mio soggiorno nell'ostello.

RRiffrathPros- Great location by the river, beautiful and close walking distance to the food shops, famous bridges and the red lady singing on the boat (5-10mins). Clean warm room. Bit of scuff marks and stuff on the walls and wooden furnitures but overall charming, nice and modern and no like stinky smells from the river/mosquitoes/cigarettes etc. Warm showers and has all the standard amenities (hairdryer, soap shampoo, shaver etc). The manager is super friendly and hospitable even though she doesn’t speak English she really tries her best to help.
Cons- noisy bars and karaoke until 11pm, tour groups in the morning start like at 7am below the balcony (maybe one or two when I was there 2 days) and 9am construction work starts. The free tour is sadly in Chinese only, and the free outfit doesn’t include photos or makeup, it is about 199 yuan for that but if you don’t want photos or makeup it’s free. Don’t think they wash the outfits super often either. Laundry is apparently not a proper one and you have to hand wash. No lifts if you have a lot of luggage.

LLazyD888Siamo stati prenotati meno di un'ora prima di arrivare e l'ospite ci ha contattati 15 minuti dopo aver chiesto il nostro orario di arrivo alla stazione ferroviaria e ci ha offerto un servizio di pick-up gratuito all'ostello.
Il check-in era veloce e facile e l'ospite aveva già riscaldato le nostre camere prima di arrivare, perché era freddo fuori.
La stanza era pulita, temperata e il tema era molto speciale. La vista del fiume era spettacolare con un bagno a destra della finestra con la vista.
La doccia e il bagno erano proprio vicino alla porta, era pulito, avevano tutti i fondamenti e un buon asciugacapelli. Il bagno era un bidet giapponese. Molto igienico e divertente se non ne avete mai provato prima.
La posizione dell'ostello era molto buona, perché era proprio all'inizio della rotta turistica lungo il fiume. Molti ristoranti intorno all'hotel. L'ospite ha dato grandi informazioni sulla zona turistica e ci ha anche dato una mappa turistica. La colazione era fantastica!

Posizione 10/10 : Ci piace qui. Questo hotel non è nel cuore della zona del villaggio, ma è perfetto. È sul volante occidentale, ma non troppo ovest, si può facilmente raggiungere il centro camminando. La zona non è molto alta come centro con molti pub e bar. La strada dietro l'hotel ha molti negozi come il negozio di droghe, il negozio conveniente e un ristorante semplice.
Servizio 9/10 : Le cameriere dell'hotel sono molto forti. Hanno aiutato a portare il bagaglio nella tua stanza e dare il consiglio. Possono anche consigliare ristorante e attività a te se lo chiedi.
Pulizia 9/10 : Hanno fatto bene sia all'interno della stanza che nell'area pubblica. Anche la terrazza e il balcone. L'hotel sembra nuovo e moderno all'interno.
Facilities 9/10 : Questa stanza è al terzo piano. È la stanza con balcone. Possiamo sederci e vedere il paesaggio. Molto rilassati lì. Forniscono il servizio utile anche per prendere e scendere.

YYeeKunVery strategic location running by two young, motivated and thoughtful gentlemen. It is outside from the ancient city. Just one street away (100m) from the Riverside in which is pretty good to keep us away from the loud singing at drinking pub along the Riverside and have good rest. The hotel and room very warmly decorated.
The location mark at Trip.com a little misleading. Do remember to call up the hotel and they shall lead you the way better. Luckily we have the hotel staff helping us to book can from train station.
The downside was there are too many stairs at the both ancient city and to the hotel. Fortunately, there is a lift co-sharing with another hotel to bring us up. Stairs are unavoidable since majority hotels and shops are built on the valley slope by Riverside. It is good to bring along walking cane for those with weak knee.
I really love the bath tub and projector screen lol. 😂😍
