The hot tub was not working. The television had to be manually turned on and adjusted to use. The hot water did not last thru 1 shower. The hot food breakfast had burnt eggs and the sausage was greasy. The pancake machine was out of order also. The elevator sounded horrible and did not feel safe riding it. Had to restart the hook up process every time yoururn the tv off.

A decent little area right off of the highway! Solid choice for a good price! I love the pond in the back with a walking trail around it. Would stay again!

The staff was very nice. The tub and sink did not drain well. Breakfast was almost all packaged food.

Got an ADA room for my parents, shower head was completely broken off , so no shower. Access to the room was not easy, no ramp in the back where we were told to park, and far from elevator.

The hot tub suite was lovely, bed was very comfortable. The BBQ restaurant next door is amazing as well.

We came in early before the check in time. The manager yelled at us saying their check in is at 3pm. We stayed for a bit in the lobby. Decided to continue driving because we can’t wait 3 hours in the middle of winter to wait. I came back and ring the bell to informed her that we decided to get different lodging. She did not come out. There’s a better way to communicate her frustrations but she lashed out on us the moment we went in. Not a great location and never again.

Breakfast was good, staff very friendly, bedsheets were not as clean as I would like as there was a decent amount of hair under the blankets. Pool was very warm despite the very cold weather. Pools are could use some minor fixes and cleaning but over all the place is very nice I would stay here again.

The place definitely needs updating. The carpet is nasty and dirty, hole in vinyl floor in elevator covered in duct tape, and face of control panel for elevator held on with duct tape. Arrived and was given keys and sent to back door. Got there and the keys would not let me in. Went back to front desk and I was given new keys. Went to the room assigned to me, walked in, and the room had been slept in and nothing had been cleaned. Went back to front desk again and was given a different room. The room was not very clean, from the carpet, to the bathroomm floor and shower, to the walls.
