Das Hotel ist von der Lage und Anbindung bestens als Ausgangspunkt für Wandertouren geeignet Die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Tür. Das Haus wird freundlichst geführt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Zimmer sind TOP sauber, das gesamte Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Top-Lage an der Schipiste! Sogar in der unüblich schneearmen Lage Ende 2022, musste man nur ca 30m bis zum Schneeband gehen. Direkt begehbarer, geräumiger Schi- und Schuhkeller, man könnte sogar Schiwachsen. Zimmer ausreichend gut, Betten hervorragend, Kästen ausreichend, gute Balkone und top Ausblick, Lift im Haus. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist gut gepflegt, farblich schön abgestimmt, mit Liebe zu Detail. Frühstück ist gut, sehr ausreichend, Kaffee sehr gut, Säfte und Süßgebäck haben noch Luft nach oben. Das Abendessen (Halbpension) bietet täglich 3 Hauptspeisen zur Auswahl, immer in sehr guter Qualität. Klingt nach tollem Hotel für den Schiurlaub, warum dann nur 3 ***? 1 Stern Abzug für verkalkte Duschköpfe. Das kalkhaltige Wasser der Steiermark ist für Duschköpfe sicher herausfordern. Aber das Entkalken von Duschköpfen in einem Hotel ist einfach und nicht kostenintensiv. Soviel Wartung muss auch im 3-Stern sein. 1 Stern Abzug für kostenpflichtiges Leitungswasser 5 Euro für 2x 1/2 l Leitungswasser zum Abendessen als Hausgast ist frech und muss nicht sein. Schon garnicht wenn man an diesem Abend 4 große Bier, 2 x 0,7l Flaschenwein, 2x 0,75l Mineralwasser konsumiert hat, alles zu Hütten-Preisen. Das Verrechnen von Leitungswasser ist eine moderne Unart, für die mir jegliches Verständnis fehlt.
