The stay was amazing with food and the trip was beautifully organised by Vaibhav had a lovely time and the activities were fantastic enjoyed the kayaking with a perfect atmosphere Lovely property with everything planned perfectly Had a great stay

We had a disappointing experience during our visit to Nature Trail on May 9, 2025. One of the resort's agents misled us by claiming that Friday was heavily booked and charges would be high, which led us to pay ₹11,700 for four people. He also insisted we arrive early since activities would start by 12 PM. We reached around 10:30 AM after leaving at 6 AM, only to find out from the receptionist that we could have arrived later by bus. Our room had issues with the AC and lights, which took nearly two hours to fix despite multiple complaints. The indoor games area was poorly maintained, with dirty boards and non-functional fans. Throughout the day, the start time for activities kept getting delayed—from 12 PM to 2 PM, and then to 4 PM—wasting most of our time. When the activities finally began at 4:30 PM, we discovered we were the only group participating, contrary to the agent’s claims of high demand. After finishing by 7 PM, we asked to use the pool, but were told it was closed for cleaning, and all lights were switched off. The next day, we managed to go for a morning walk and enjoy the pool—something that could have been done on the first day had the schedule been clear. While the trainers were helpful and professional, the overall service quality was poor. Miscommunication, delays, and unfulfilled promises made this a frustrating and disappointing experience at Nature Trail. Also we had pay extra 500 /- for next day lunch they asked for 900 but after long discussion receipted agreed for 500

We went for a night stay as part of team building excercise.3 events offered were ok.but huts were not upto the mark.no privacy.even the huts were not having any intercoms.even for water bottles we have to peronally to reception.no variety in food offered

Fabulous resort, great hospitality and great experience. And we enjoyed very well. The food was yummy and other activities were fun.. The staff was humble and polite. We recommend to all please visit Nature trails resort once in a life....

Had a nice experience. The room was clean. The tent was just like a regular room. We could get all 3 rooms next to each other. The food had limited choices, but taste was superb. Overall enjoyed all the activities and stay.
