Hotel in zona Speelpark, Roeselare

We have booked a suite for 2 nights. It is much more dressed up room since we have used it few years ago - shortly after its opening, it has pictures, shelves and other decorative items making it look more homely in modern scando style. It is very spacious and clean and mini fridge had complimentary drinks. Windows open, we did not use aircon. I liked that it was switched off upon arrival. Temperature was comfortable, not too warm or cold. Bathroom is superb with softest bathrobes I have ever had! They even add Rituals toiletries. Parking is free in front of the hotel but not gated. As gold member I got little handwritten card with three chocolates in the room and 2 drink vouchers which I had to chase. We chose coffee which was very well presented and large glass of wine which was good quality. When I requested late checkout by just 1 hour, they wanted to charge me extra - I had to remind them it is part of my membership privilege… What prevents me from giving it 5 stars is that they have not prepared sofa bed for our teenager- although reservation was for 3 people and I reminded them in extra requests section. When you arrive on Fri at midnight last thing you want to do is to chase it. In the middle of first night, suddenly TV has switched on by itself which woke us all up! Not sure if it was some sort of stupid alarm setup or what but they should reset settings before new guests check in! Overall I would return for quality of suite accommodation.

secondo me questo IBIS è meglio dello standard generale. La posizione centrale è fantastica. purtroppo l'hotel non dispone di parcheggio privato ed i parcheggi attorno sono tutti a pagamento. è il mio punto d'appoggio quando sono nelle Fiandre per lavoro

L'hotel ha un buon ambiente e un comodo trasporto.Ci vogliono circa 10 minuti per guidare dalla stazione e ci sono autobus dalla stazione, ma il personale di servizio allo sportello ha un atteggiamento negativo.Ho dato il mio passaporto per il check-in, ma all'inizio non è riuscito a trovare le informazioni sulla nostra prenotazione (e il passaporto. I nomi sono gli stessi), quindi ho chiesto aiuto ai miei colleghi. Dopo che i colleghi sono arrivati, andava bene, ma ha detto che era perché avevamo dato il nome sbagliato , ma era ovviamente lo stesso del passaporto e ho sentito un cattivo atteggiamento.

We have stayed here many times, and always use it as a Base for exploring the area. Rooms are clean and have plenty of space, good off road parking for our motorbike. The staff are always friendly and helpful and we always have a good laugh with them. Bar and breakfast are always good too.

Spacious rooms with a full desk to work at and fast wifi make this hotel well suited to business travel. The location is just off the highway which is convenient, although it's located in an industrial area so not well suited for walking/restaurants. The breakfast is one of the best you will find and the bar and restaurant have a limited menu but good quality food. The staff is friendly and they provide excellent service.

Adoro il servizio di Novotel. Parcheggio disponibile e la stanza è pulita. Frontdesk è amichevole.
