This hotel has a perfect blend of relaxed vibes and attentive service that you would expect from a 5* holiday. The staff are all excellent (particular shout out to the lifeguard at the pool, who was so much more than a lifeguard and a massive asset to the hotel), the hotel is absolutely spotless and the rooms are beautifully furnished and comfortable. We struck lucky and stayed in room 1103, which had both a sea view and pool view and the balcony was the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset. There are a few ongoing finishing touches being put in place, but these were done unobtrusively and without any disruptions to the guests. Speaking to a manager, the vision for the hotel is that of laid back chic and they have achieved this with high class finishes and attention to detail. From the comfort of our sunbeds we watched many people walk past the hotel and comment how beautiful it looked and they weren’t wrong! Nothing about this hotel is “mass produced”, every detail is thought through to add to the experience of staying here. We did have one negative whilst we were there and that was the food. The hotel is proud of the fact that they employ a top class chef, however, as all inclusive guests, we only saw evidence of his skills when we watched him prepare a meal for VIPs staying. Other than that, we found that the food was always cold (maybe that is customary and just not to our taste, but I don’t think anyone would enjoy cold fries) and appears to have been cooked at breakfast time and then left for lunch and dinner. There was little variety throughout the week, although the salads and puddings were amazing and we happily ate these! If you want games, drinking and music type of all inclusive holiday this is not the hotel for you! If you want luxury, peace and quiet, brilliant staff, and 100% relaxation then do not hesitate to book in here.

Unda is a Great hotel. Nice chilled vibe. We stayed in room 1002 and had a lovely view of the pool and the sea. We were AI. It was good value. The people working there were amazing. The bar guys worked their socks off. Food was really good. Super fresh salads. Loved the tomatoes in the salads and the cooked ones at breakfast were magic. Fresh beach towels and bottled water every day. Super comfy sunbeds and plenty of umbrellas. The ladies in reception looked after us. They showed us the places to go and sorted taxis out for us. Roda and Acharavi were walkable with lots of restaurants. We hired bikes from S-bikes, a ten minute walk, to toddle around the hills on mostly quiet roads. Kassiopi is only 20 mins away. Definitely come back!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Unda! The rooms are brand new, stylish. The beds are very comfortable and the rainfall shower is a real highlight – it all feels very modern and relaxing. The service was consistently friendly and attentive. The staff really go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. Since the hotel has just recently opened, there are still a few minor issues here and there –, sich as waiting times for Drinks, but they are handled professionally and with a smile. I think they will resolve with experience. We had half board, with the option to upgrade to all-inclusive for €35 per day. The buffet was varied and balanced. There’s a fresh egg station at breakfast, which we really appreciated. Sometimes the warm dishes where cold. Also the quality of meat and fish could be improved and was not quite 5-Star. Also, fish dishes would benefit from clearer descriptions and in my opinion some more vegetarian options would be great. The Hotel has two pools. There is a beach which is rather small and is accessed by a steep slope. As normal for the area water shoes are highly recommended. There is a gym and spa Treatments are available too, although we didn’t try it ourselves. Overall: A lovely new hotel with a lot of potential and a fantastic team. We’d be happy to return and are excited to see how the hotel develops further!

We had a fabulous week away in this very stylish new hotel. Decor was very tasteful. We had a Junior Suite and the superking size bed was extremely comfortable along with the quiet aircon and double rainfall showers. The food was amazing with a good choice - every day there was always something new to try. The staff were super friendly and served us promptly. There was a great choice of drinks on the all inclusive menu. We enjoyed the low key, live music (usually a singer and an instrumentalist) on three evenings and one morning during our stay. I cannot understand the negative reviews that have appeared about this place, it was wonderful with superb views over to Albania while you floated in the warm infinity pool. Would highly recommend.

I’ve stayed in many hotels that say they’re newly renovated, but Unda is truly brand new—and it makes such a difference. Everything sparkles. The staff seems genuinely proud of the place and it reflects in their service. We loved that nothing was worn out or outdated. The kitchen is also a highlight: fresh, seasonal dishes at both the buffet and the restaurant. Even the presentation was Michelin-level. I don’t usually take pictures of my food—this time I did!
