The light filled, custom designed residence has 4 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom downstairs, a bunk room, and 3+ bathrooms including a spa like sunroom off the primary bedroom. The fully stocked designer kitchen with large center island is a chef’s dream, and the expansive living spaces ensure everyone in the group has room to spread out. Soaring ceilings allow for large windows that showcase beautiful Lake Hamilton, and under the stairs is a play area fully stocked with toys that is perfect for young children. Refined open living areas, indoor laundry facilities, and plenty of parking add to the long list of amazing amenities. Your vacation continues the moment you step out the door where an abundance of fun lake activities awaits. A prime location on a great swimming cove directly off the main channel of Lake Hamilton provides easy access to every popular water activity imaginable. Arriving by boat? The property has a private dock that can also accommodate personal watercraft such as jet skis, kayaks, and paddleboards. Camp Blue Bird has plenty to offer land lovers, too. There is a 100’ waterfront deck directly off the main living space of the lake house that is the ideal spot for relaxation with tables, outdoor seating and comfortable lounging areas, a Blackstone grill, and a wood burning fire pit, all with stunning water views. Families with children will love the kayak that is thoughtfully included with the house rental and the extra space beside the long driveway that is perfect for outdoor games. After some time on the lake and enjoying all the area has to offer, relax in the hot tub with a lake view as the sun sets on a beautiful day in paradise. Other things to note: ***Please note that the doorbell at the front door of the property is a Ring Video Doorbell used only to monitor access when the property is unoccupied. ***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of both lakes will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th. For a special water adventure, you can bring your own boat or rent one to explore the lake and dine at several lakeside restaurants during your stay.
