The Patio has plenty of seating areas and includes a Gas Grill for guests to use. With a private Boat Slip just pull up to the back deck after a day on the water. Note: The Indoor Fireplace is non-functional. The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a home-cooked meal (or that catch of the day!) and also includes both a Keurig and Drip Coffee maker (we provide a starter amount of ground coffee, creamer and sugar), Oven/Stove, Utensils, Cookware, Microwave, Toaster, etc. The upstairs Master Bedroom has a King bed, large Seating area and a private patio with beautiful views of the Canal! The En-suite Bathroom has a large soaker tub/shower combo and a large vanity with separate dual sinks. NOTE: TV has been removed. The 2nd Bedroom upstairs has 1 King size bed. NOTE: TV has been removed. The 3rd Bedroom upstairs has a Twin over Full Bunk Bed and two Twin Beds, perfect for the Kiddos after a long day at the Beach! NOTE: TV has been removed. The Hall Bathroom has a Shower/Tub combo and sink. There is also a Half Bathroom Downstairs located off the Living Room. NOTE: Vehicles are not allowed to Park in the Garage. The Garage also contains a separate Ice Maker as well as the Washer/Dryer (detergent included) that is available for guests' use. The Community Pool is 2 mins away and you are only a few minutes from downtown Rockport and Fulton areas along with Rockport's Cove Harbor Marina and the Aransas Pass Conn Brown Marina - both with boat launches and bait stands. Enjoy spending time eating out at several wonderful local restaurants and shopping at the multitude of amazing local businesses.
