Older/outdated property but the bed was comfortable, the ac/heat worked well and everything was clean.

Smaller hotel. Room was very clean. Microwave, refrigerator, Wi-Fi were all available. Would probably stay here again.

I spent one night there and it was not pleasant. The room door electric lock wasn’t working, so I had to get staff to let me in. Lucky I only planned to go to dinner and not out all night, as after 8.30pm I’d have to wait for a security company to let me in. The room stunk of something foul. Wether it was animal, urine or something else it was not pleasant. The lady on reception was very helpful and arranged a can of spray and an ozone machine but the smell didn’t go away. The room seemed clean but very much in need of maintenance - the ceiling was stained and paint was peeling. Towels are pretty thin and takes some effort to dry. Having parking out front the other guests vehicles starting at the crack of dawn wake you. The walls are very thin and I was able to hear next doors morning pleasure. The bed was good enough, but seriously I don’t wish you to sleep in it. Never ate breakfast, I checked out at 6.30 am and will never return. The Loyalty Inn website gives you a very different impression of their facilities then what I had here.

Our room was 86 degrees when we arrived and it took 12 hours to cool down to tolerable. We were checking out when it finally got comfortable. Outdated facility. Would not recommend.

Room was very clean. Just a basic room but it did have microwave and a decent size fridge. Bed was very comfortable. AC kept the room at a cool temperature.

It was pot smell ! Rooms were bad smell in them toilet back up no one to fix them.sink was leaking. When you turned the water on the sink water sprayed my shirt.

There is an overall sense of being unsafe at this hotel. The area is not good. The property is not clean. There were literally people working on their cars in the parking lot. The building is dirty and not well maintained. It really just needs to be torn down and start fresh. The lobby was filthy dirty and not organized at all. Everything about this hotel is just uncomfortable. From the beds to the dirty showers. Do not stay in this nasty hotel. You will regret it. Oh also even though the ad said breakfast included…. There is no breakfast. The staff blamed it on Covid. Come on really??? Covid?? Every place in America has opened back up except this one nasty hotel. What a joke. This place is simply pathetic!
