Situated on 25 wooded acres within the George Washington National Forest. House is only one (paved road) mile to Rockfish Valley Road, Rt. 151 (aka the Red, White and Brew Trail). 30 minutes from Charlottesville, Va. Close to breweries, wineries, hiking & excellent restaurants.About pets:Pets allowed.With prior approval only.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Families with toddlers need to bring gate.About customRules:Note: this house has a Blink security camera mounted on the first floor of the exterior of the home (above the door) for security purposes..The camera shows activities in the driveway only and there is no recording feature enabled on the device..About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.Please do not smoke any place on the property.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 22.About events:No events allowed.Sorry to say say no weddings alllowed.

Very clean. Lots of things provided for the kitchen and bathrooms. Perfect for 6 people and convenient to all breweries yet also very private with great views!

Peaceful Mountain Getaway
We loved everything about this home! It was comfortable and roomy. The view of the mountains, wildlife, and peaceful sounds of nature while sitting for hours on the wraparound porch made it the perfect mountain getaway.

Lovely mountain cabin
Very spacious. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. We loved that we could sleep upstairs and our children and their twins could sleep downstairs. Downstairs was awesome. Almost like a complete apartment style with spacious living room, bedroom with additional area for pack n play for sleeping and full bath. Access to the outside was such a great thing for them not having to carry everything upstairs to exit. Views were beautiful and close to hiking breweries. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect relaxing getting away
This is our second time staying at this property. It’s super clean, comes with a lot of amenities and is super close to a great BBQ place, honey bar, wineries and breweries. Property manager has great communication, and we just love the space! Plus a fenced in backyard is perfect for our pups!
