Folgers coffee maker and purified water machine in lobby. Nice breakfast including waffle maker. Huge pool although I didn’t I Use it.

Upon entering there were quite a few stains on the carpet and the air freshener smell was overwhelming. The property is outdated, which isn’t necessarily the issue, but it does seem as if more care could be taken to keep things clean. Our bedroom had very dusty areas, the notebook/pen container hadn’t been cleaned and had a dirty notebook with greasy food fingerprints. The bathroom had someone’s hair on the floor and in the shower and I had to wipe something out of the sink. The elevator had a burning plastic smell that was a bit alarming.

I booked here because the reviews said that it was a clean hotel and it was a great price. But once I checked in and got into the room, I didn’t even want to take a shower because I thought that I’d be more dirty in the shower than not taking a shower. The bedsheets were clean I guess but everything else was pretty disgusting. There was hair in the sink and it didn’t look like shower was washed or cleaned. It didn’t look like the sink had been cleaned, and the floor was very dusty.

It was decorated in orange which is my favorite color. The breakfast had a satisfactory selection. The bed was nice and pillows were nice and full.

We have stayed at this property for at least 8 years, several times a year on our way to see my Dad with our kids. I am sad because we have a lot of fun memories but I will never, ever, return! We booked a pet friendly room bc we learned from our last poor visit that it was the only way to guarantee a first floor room. I sent two messages through the Travelocity app to confirm and got zero response. I called the property 2x and no answer or machine picked up. We book the first floor, or tried to, so we can let the kids play out front and don’t have to worry over a balcony. Upon our arrival, it was explained we requested a 2nd floor room. False. I showed my reservation with notes as well as screenshots of my attempt at communicating through the App. I was denied the reservation I made. Frankly, the man that checked us in made me uncomfortable. If my husband wasn’t there, I would have left then. My now older kids and husband told me it was fine etc. Final straw at the pool. A group of three younger 20’s men came in. Turned the volume up to house party with ethnic music. Like LOUD! Another young woman at the pool left. I felt uncomfortable and uncomfortable for my daughter and do not exaggerate when I say it appeared to me that they were cat calling and taking photographs of my pre-teen. Never, ever, again.
