La ricezione non è in lobby del pavimento, ma in secondo piano. ”Porta anteriore” non è facilmente evidente. Parcheggio disponibile secondo il sito, è in rampa di parcheggio adiacente e una tassa separata. Camera spaziosa, ben progettata con numerosi outlet elettrici, TV, telefono, divano, piccolo ma adeguato divano. Bagno, bella luce, doccia molto funzionale, servizi igienici, buoni asciugamani e vestiti. Vista finestra sulla parcheggio e città a distanza.

Questa è stata la seconda volta che siamo stati in questa posizione e il servizio è stato molto coerente...ASSOLUTAMENTE ECCELLENTE AL 100%!!! È bello sentire che i lavoratori si preoccupano veramente soprattutto quando la maggior parte dei clienti ha a che fare con problemi medici che rimangono lì. ?

The bathrooms could use an update. The tile is showing its age & toilets are low. But I was very happy with the room for the price that I paid and the convenience of being a block from the Mayo Clinic. My room had a separate living space with a couch and a chair with a mini kitchen, which included a table and chairs. The staff was friendly and helpful. The remote to my TV wasn’t working, maintenance figured out quickly that the wrong amount was in the room so he switched it out & the panel on the AC wasn’t responsive when I tried to turn it cooler so he replaced the panel in no time at all also. The bed is not the softest, but it was comfortable enough and the pillows were very good. I ate at the attached restaurant CB3 and thought it was one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. The french fries have a little ranch seasoning which I really like also. They had an excellent selection of tap beer. There is a caribou, coffee shop attached to the hotel, which was very handy! That hotel does not offer a free breakfast, so I was able to grab a quick breakfast there.

La struttura era tranquilla e confortevole. Aveva un buon prezzo. Senza problemi. L'edificio apparso era stato recentemente acquisito da nuovi proprietari. L'irrigatore del prato è stato rotto e spruzzato nello stesso punto del terreno per tutta la notte. Il telaio della porta dell'ascensore sembrava essere stato dipinto con l'abilità di un bambino di 5 anni. Spero che continuino a correggere questi dettagli minori.

All of the employees are super friendly and very accommodating. I have stayed at Aspen Suites several times in last couple years and I see all the same faces . . which tells you something about the atmosphere and business. I love the wonderful breakfast and dinner Mon-Thurs evenings. Food is always delicious and how nice not to have wonder what going to get to eat, etc. HIGHLY recommend Aspen Suites!!

Oltre alla mia comoda e pulita camera e bagno, alle attrezzature di allenamento in camera e alla grande palestra, e al cibo sorprendente delizioso che ho ordinato dal bar, la mia esperienza in questo hotel ha superato le mie aspettative quando un manager mi ha aiutato attraverso un lo parcheggio una serata tempesta in un locale di Starbucks sotto l'hotel quando tutto era pieno. Ho intenzione di spostare la mia auto la mattina dopo che Starbucks ha riaperto, ma ho dimenticato di farlo prima di prendere la navetta clinica Mayo. Quando ho chiamato l'hotel, ho finalmente ricevuto una chiamata da Nick, perché ho avuto un appuntamento indietro, non riuscivo a muovermi la macchina. Nick andò in clinica, mi raccolse le chiavi all’ingresso frontale, mi trasferi' la macchina e mi restituì le chiavi e una bella nota alla mia stanza; e mi metteva anche una foto delle mie chiavi nella mia stanza. La volontà di Nick di andare oltre e di andare oltre è lodevoli, ed è una ragione principale che consiglio questo hotel per chiunque visiti Mayo.

I had a great experience with this hotel. I was staying for the executive program at Mayo. The fact it is so closely connected via the subway level makes it incredibly convenient. I had originally booked two nights but my appointment schedule changed around noon the second day, allowing me to depart later that day (a day earlier than I had planned). I had anticipated being charged for the second night as it was past the standard check out time when I went to the front desk. However, the hotel staff (Ashley and Filly) were very accommodating and flexible. As I had planned for a late check out the following day, they honored the same late check out time- allowing me to cancel the second night with no charge. The hotel is under construction but they are very communicative on the schedule. I will be back and I’m excited to see the completed renovations.

We stayed at this property for a number of stays over six months while making visits to the Mayo Clinic. The staff is to be highly commended for their incredible sense of service to the Clinic customer base. Many times we observed people in serious physical condition being treated with empathy and accommodation. The front desk and shuttle staff made it clear that they were there to assist with a wide variety of needs. Rooms are clean, safe, quiet and comfortable. Kitchen is well-appointed with whatever you need to prepare meals. Plenty of linens are provided for bathroom and pull-out sofa. Pool area is nice, hot tub worked every time we visited. The outdoor seating areas around the property are a bonus. Tons of shopping and restaurants are within a few minutes' walk, including Macy's, Barnes & Noble, Trader Joe's, Panera, burger joints, and sit-down dining. Shuttle takes guests between hotel and Mayo / St. Mary's, or to the grocery store, the mall, or restaurants, and I believe the schedule was 6 am to 9 pm. The final deal-maker here, is the availability of EV charging facilities in the underground parking garage. Every Hilton property should consider adding this resource.
