Hotel in zona Lower Falls Park, Rochester

Hotel Rochester ad un prezzo eccellente.Molto nuovo e pulito, la stanza è abbastanza grande, ci sono scatole di latte per mangiare da soli.E'molto vicino al cavo ad alta velocità, e' molto conveniente guidare fuori.

Un'esperienza soddisfacente

Normalmente restiamo qui quando nella zona per il lavoro, perché è un ottimo luogo e vicino agli stati. L'aeroporto è a circa 6 miglia da così non è veramente un hotel aeroportuale ma abbastanza vicino che non è lontano da una distanza. le camere sono aggiornate e pulite. L'hotel è tranquillo e il personale è eccellente dal desk front to the lounge to the housekeepers. I highly recommend this Marriott if in the area.

Does not deliver Marriott experience in many ways. To note, I was staying at the Roch Airport Fairfield Inn for business on a Thursday and Friday night - just so happens, the PGA Championship was also in Rochester that week... Thursday night check in and sleep - no problem. Beds are ok. However, I did notice a faint smell of something I would describe as a combination of cigar smoke and mold. Not nice. Friday breakfast rather disappointing. Hot breakfast starts at 8am but when I arrived at 8:10, they were already out of all of the hot items for breakfast and no water in sight. Kitchen staff looked puzzled as to where the food had gone and took their time bringing out more. Food was welcomed and good. No water - get it from the workout room or front desk I was told. Really? Many chairs broken and uncomfortable to sit in. Went to shower after. No hot water. Shower handle barely moves. I do my best to wash in cold water (sink wasn't much better) and tell them at the desk of the issue. They seemed to have known about this! Told me ”it was supposed to be fixed yesterday” blah blah whatever. I would like another room then. NOPE - full up. It is PGA weekend! They did not suggest that all of the hot water MAY have been used up by the other guests...they knew they had an issue. Friday night about 10pm. Did they fix the hot water in my room? No one knows. Can I have another room? Nope - full up. I check the shower, no hot water and handle is now what I would call broken - would not shut off all the way. Guess I expected the no hot water thing but the broken handle? What is going on? Did maintenance mess something up more-so? I was awoken at aprox 11:30pm by the hotel manager knocking then entering my room - while I was sleeping. He immediately accuses me of ”flooding the whole hotel”. WHAT are you talking about?? The broken shower apparently was filling up the service space behind the shower...flooding my room floor, the next room over and 3 rooms below. He notices the handle is broken and shuts of water from service space. Strange thing then happens: he immediately produces keys for another room just around the corner. Other rooms miraculously became available for me and for 3 other guests. Truly a miracle when you have been told twice that they are full and there are no other rooms for you. Reality: they had rooms. Bigger rooms. No other amenities - just more floor space as it was a corner room. No one initially wanted to spend the 6 mins to type and change my room - so laborious. I had to ask for the one night compensation - they were not going to give that to me. NOPE. DAB

Sono un studente è stata la mia prima visita a Rochester per unirmi all'università di Rochester ho soggiornato solo una notte l'hotel era buono come un hotel 3 stelle era pulito il colazione era buona l'esperienza generale era buona sono soddisfatto

Il servizio al divano frontale era efficiente. Siamo anziani e un giovane che lavorava all'hotel ci ha aiutato con il nostro bagaglio al momento dell'arrivo e ha rifiutato un consiglio. Che shock.🫢 Tutti e due mio marito ho cercato di darlo a lui. Così grande inizio! Dagli un sollevamento! Il personale di pulizia del quarto piano era molto utile e cortese. La parte migliore è la posizione. Tutto quello che ti serve è entro pochi chilometri, se non attraverso la strada. Questa sarà la nostra scelta di ritorno per soggiornare. Mi dispiace solo che non ci fossero cookie caldi, che sicuramente dovrebbero essere rilasciati il fine settimana.
