This gem is situated in one of Rochester’s most desirable neighborhoods; located between Park Ave and East Ave. New to the market, you will find a private, spacious, second floor apartment with a private balcony. This unit has been recently renovated, including all the modern conveniences of today while still remaining true to its historical past.
This unit is a two bedroom with a queen bed in each room. This unit does have stairs. The entryway door is on the first level, then you walk up the stairway into the unit. There is a private balcony overlooking the neighborhood, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Absolutely beautiful property in the Park Avenue neighborhood of Rochester. The owner was very communicative and helpful. The place has everything you need and the attention to detail was truly appreciated. They did a beautiful job of restoring this old home. Also a five minute walk to all of the restaurants on Park Avenue. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Park Ave!
Beautifully appointed home! Perfect bedrooms with lots of pillow choices and AC. Great kitchen, dinning area, living room, balcony and bathroom. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with family for 4 people. Would definitely stay again.
