"Definitely the best stay we had during our 2 weeks on the Fiji. The staff is very friendly (which is quite common in Fiji) but they way the make you feeling to be a part of the family was exceptional. Furthermore the activities and the entertainment, which are included in the price is, are fun and really nice to watch. If we come back to Fiji one day, we will definitely come back to the Likuri Island Resort."

"Second time for us to stay here this hotel! This time we were able to stay at the pool view, we appreciate the kind help from reception assistance manger Aman as well as Keleshi’s help! We recommend Intercontinental if it’s first time to visit Fiji because of below reason! -friendly stuffs who are willing to help us always with beautiful smiles! May stuffs try to remember us and feet us personally which makes it it stay even more pleasant and we can see that they do it from their heart! -spacious dining with great choice of food for lunch/dinner with love music everyday and some activities at the bar lounge -Intercontinental has got public beach just in front and we can enjoy beach as well as Infinity pool for adults. What I love about this hotel is that we don’t need to go other places to enjoy beach as we can get to see colouful fishes with our own snorkels! -spacious room and bathtub on a big balcony is something great and you can relax at the balcony even it’s raining day! Thank you for the another beautiful stay and we will definitely come back!!"

"The communication with staff is basically non existent. For US$1000+ a night, not able to early check in till at exactly 3pm. Not even 1h earlier, staff don't even bother to check if room available, just tell us not able to check in. WhatsApp the duty manager and got one reply and he doesn't reply anymore??? Can't seem to call the hotel. the booking process was torturous on trip in order to get same/ similar rooms, I had to change 3x customer service for someone to properly communicate to hotel that we want rooms close together. Moreover, we booked full board and had lunch included in itinerary at check out but the hotel said that it's not included. But trip said we could claim and compensate. Which is good recovery on their end. Overall, won't stay again."

"The room service was quite poor. We check-in and no towels were present in the room. We called room service to request for towels and we didn’t get them after 2 hours of our request. Even after waiting for the 2 hours, only 2 shower towels were provided and nothing more. Amenities were good overall."

"I recently stayed at Gecko's Resort and had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. The resort has a peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for unwinding. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, with a comfortable bed that made for restful nights. I especially appreciated the little touches like free DVDs available to borrow – a nice bonus for quiet evenings in. The location is great too – just a short distance from the beautiful Sigatoka Sand Dunes and the Pacific Ocean, so there’s no shortage of things to see and do nearby. One downside, however, is the Wi-Fi. Access requires a voucher, and if you're streaming videos (like on YouTube), the data only lasts around two hours. This was a bit inconvenient, especially in an age where connectivity is expected to be seamless. Overall, Gecko's Resort is a great option for a peaceful getaway with a few nice extras. Just be prepared to manage your internet usage or consider unplugging and enjoying the serene surroundings."
