Nice room with two queen beds and a office desk. There is also a pull out couch with another Tv.

Very friendly staff. Rooms were very clean, bed was comfortable. Pillows could have been better but not too bad. Housekeeper on Sunday March 6, 2022 was very accommodating and friendly

The customer service and breakfast was good. But the BED was HORRIBLE. it squeaked every time you moved on it. After a long 10hr drive I felt exhausted and just wanted a decent nights sleep, Well I felt worse when I woke up. The bed had to be old, ceiling in the bathroom was peeling i have pictures and the counter in the bathroom was never cleaned. There were old water marks on the bathroom sink. Its a good thing I travel with lysol wipes and a can of lysol. I have stayed at another springhill suites and did not have the same experience. Marriott really need to pay me for staying there. They also need to step up their game with ensuring all guest have a comfortable nights sleep. I will add photos later i took them on my business phone.

酒店不錯，淋浴花灑很好用，不像有些美國酒店，花灑不大好。套房，空間大，有微波爐，早餐很不錯👍🏻我出來一週吃得最好的一次了！

This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a Marriott Property. I was ending a birthday trip with my fiancée traveling 8hours from New Jersey. Checking in at 11pm we got into our room only to find cleaning supplies from housekeeping ON THE SINK! We also noticed a lot of gnats in the bathroom. Being optimistic, we decided to kill them. I took my shoes off to get comfortable on the sofa and there was a dead rodent near the ottoman. As a supervisor at a 403 room property in Atlanta this is unacceptable. We were forced to gather the 7 large suitcase and other small bags and return to the lobby to search for another room in the area which all hotels in the area were completely sold out. My fiancée and I had to call around to almost 10 other Marriott properties for a total of an hour just to have to pay an additional $100 at a TRU by Hilton for a walk in rate at 130am. There was an employee who expressed to us that all she was capable of doing was issuing a refund. UNACCEPTABLE!!! We chose this Roanoke Springhill Suites hoping it would deliver service stated in Marriott’s mission statement. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at SpringHill Suites Roanoke. The hotel is situated in a lovely area, and the staff made our visit even better. The lady at the front desk, who worked from 7 am to 7 pm, was incredibly courteous and welcoming. Additionally, the lady managing the breakfast buffet was exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring we were well taken care of. The breakfast itself was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. The hotel is well-maintained and very clean. Our two-bed suite was spacious and comfortable, providing ample room to relax. Although we only stayed for one night, we wish we could have stayed longer. We'll definitely return if we're in the area again.

We stayed a quick one night while road-tripping. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and they had gluten free options for breakfast! Only area for improvement would be the bed pillows but the bed itself was comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful stay - clean hotel, solid breakfast offering, breathtaking mountain views, and phenomenal staff. Ari at the reception really blew us away with his exceptional customer service, as did Mikki during breakfast, both of them really made the stay that much better.
